    Hi Sele, I need ur guidance in solving this.. In a sheet,
    A1, B1, C1 are the three cells. C column will be given by me as input (positive no).
    B1 = A1 - C1 and so on for B Column
    A2 = B1 and so on for A column
    Now, A1 is to be automatically derived, such that "0" comes in A column.

      Not sure I understand. In order for column A to always be 0 you would just need to make column B equal to negative C.

      B1 = A2 = A1 - C1
      so A2 will be lower than A1, A3 will be lower than A2 and so on it will move towards zero. But many a times it is crossing zero and go to -ve values. during these instances i want A1 to get automatically modified such that I get zero in A column.

      @@neerajallamseti4582 OK I see. You are wanting to reduce it to zero. You could use a formula in B2 like this: =if(B1

      I could solve a bit further, can u guide me in finding a number thats closest to zero in a column without using CSE functions.

      ​@@neerajallamseti4582 You could use this formula: =LARGE(range,COUNTIF(range,">0")). It will return the number closest to zero.

    I want to count the Odd and Even numbers in a range from f2:k2, I’ve tried some formula but it didn’t work on my end what should the best formula
    .

      =COUNTIF(F2:K2,"=ODD(F2:K2)") will count the odd numbers. Use EVEN for the even numbers.

    Hi.
    Is =Concat and =Concatenate the same function just listed twice?

      CONCAT was added in 2019 and replaces CONCATENATE. It actually can handle multiple strings of data.

    Not really related to the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im having issues try to make a form work that was built on Excel 97-2003. The form has employee names and errors, types of errors and dates. Any help is appreciated.

      @@SeleTraining Sorry. The form is called a finds report. The first page has dates, times, names, part numbers, errors, etc. This first page is done monthly and then the info deleted for the next month. There is a second page that is called all data. Its collects all info inputted for the year from the data of the first page. There is a graph on a different page that collects info inputted on the initial page. There is a root cause page that assembles all the info into categories of how the errors occurred etc.There are 3 buttons on the first and all data sheet that says, sort by name, count by name, and remove count. Sorry for the confusion. Hope this helps. Thanks again.

      It’s pretty much impossible to diagnose from just a description. The best way is to click on the cell with an error and it will show the dependent cells it uses. Then you can trace the errors one at a time to find a fix. Often when you update a spreadsheet it may move columns and rows so that the formulas don’t work any more.

    Good news after Oct 5th 2021, Ms office can make changes move aways from kernels. Billy gate door stop that. After Oct 5th he'll be history, he be playing hangman's for life, after October 6th be RIP for life!
