Useful video! Our server (42)'s Lagrange Gate completed yesterday, so I imagine we have a few days cooldown now before occupancy and other end-game metrics are calculated and we are given our final scores. Now we are war-gaming against our main allies to work out the kinks in our PvP strategy and nuances of PvP in general. Looking forward to our merged Phase 2 server; it can’t come soon enough!
I'm in server 43, we'll probably both be in phase 2 together.
The last galactic event has ended in my game and my union is prepping for phase 2. Great timing for this video

In our server, the gate has been built and we are just waiting for the server to end at this point. This was a very convenient video as I am currently planning our future plans for season 2! I do worry that these servers might be a bit too fast paced from what you have said and we’d be left with nothing to do after all galactic events are completed, maybe the Devs can add a new goal or something else in season 3 to keep things fresh and people interested.
Yeah it could be. Or it's just going to mean unions are at war for longer 🤔. But yeah I believe that more pve content is needed, even in phase 1. That is potentially seeming to be more apparent for phase 2. The devs are decent though so I'll keep my ears pealed to see if anything new is coming.

Like some of the others here my system is about to finish up within a week so this was a nice little heads up.
Shame we don't get a passive resource buff from all our infrastructure in our starting systems.
Well great I invested all of my box tech points for frigates into my support nomas and destroyer tech points into my guardians! I'll have basically max supports right from the get go but no dpm to back them up! I should be one of the hotshots during the first day at least being able to run armored fg300s with basically max support nomas to back them up though, can throw in my reliats I got recently too for some decent dpm and that 36% evasion bonus to further protect the support nomas. You know who will be the tank for my union for the first few city captures!
Re: pirates, might be your area. I had a spot in season 1 in the outer regions that had 13 lv2-5 bases in a relatively small area.

Yeah it kinda depends on your location for pirates, but there is just so fucking many AI’s there’s either no baces of like 10
It's crazy at the moment, like I'm looking at it right this second and zoomed out a little I'm counting 30 level 7 or above pirate fleets, not counting the ones moving about 😅. But yeah could just be where I decided to park up.
I am having some problem trying to upgrade my monster. But item am I supposed to purchase from the arena store to upgrade the reforms
@@Damphyre it's not, everywhere I go tones of pirates over the main mining resources
If you want to take out high lvl privateer outpost just do similar like taking a city strategy and organize will differ on how much you loss ship the lesser the better
And let them take away my endless XP farm 😉

To unlock the 2nd line of rewards, unfortunately yes.

my base has finished expansion 7 and i am building the battlecruiser duckyard but i don't have a blueprint of the ship which kinda useless does that even count? its hard to find some ships blueprints
Hahaha 😅 yeah that's pretty unlucky! Are you still in phase 1 as you should get a guarenteed ST59 from the end of the dawn funding scheme.
Do proxima coins transfer or should I dump all of mine on crates before the transfer? Also what about the weapon enhancement upgrades, that 30% extra dpm, does that transfer too?

the plan you pay the P currency for keeps on going when you move to phase 2. I should of noted that in my video.

The tips were to rush the base progression still and try get your union into a position to take the cities sooner than previously.
I have a question, does the base reset every change of season ? I always max level every facilities before extending the base.
Yes the base resets every phase. I wouldn't worry about maxing the facilities it is far far more important to rush to zone 9 on the base then go back and max facilities last.

My server is about to enter in phase 2 and I wanna know if I will keep my proxima coins or if is better spend all trying get some good BP before
You keep proxima coins. Better to wait so can potentially get one of the new ships.
when its a lvl 1 mousekateer base ( pirates ) with 81 or 82 ships. i can take out the fleets and the base with only 39 to 40 of my ships just by myself
psh... I'll fight BCs with frigates/destroyers. It's about about target priority and making sure your ship doesn't die to first salvo.
did the dawn funding scheme change for phase 2? or is it still the ST59 at the end

The city info is not up to date anymore. Our server just moved to P2 and all the lvl 2 cities now have 3 additional defensive platforms with some serious fleets coming out of them. So while it's doable, it's now _much_ harder to do.
Yeah and fleet spawns mean that you can't have dedicated tanks as easily. This changed for us in phase 3 server we just joined. I'll be working on an updated city attack guide and get that out.

Not true. Got all my blueprints on a server I don't even log into anymore.
When the server ended how long did it take for the new server to start? Cuz our countdown just ended and the server shut down. The heck. I suppose to do now?
Should of had a pop up asking you to go to the new system I believe.
@@Damphyre no, server just shut down. And now at the title screen it says, "Pioneers System" and when u click it says, relocating please wait. So I'm assuming we just have to wait haha. Don't know how long though.
I’m still super annoyed that I can’t get my Super Cap II Shipyard built, I need (BP drop plz) a CV3000 so that I can withdraw my AC721 and start using some large fighters!

Super Cap production line 2 is a base dock type. You can't see it in your building upgrade menu

i have heard that pvp in phase 2 cause the defeated player to lose his base like that's it he lose game over no more relocating is that's true ? and when phase 2 starts exactly please i hope u can answer me even so it's an old video 😥😥
Not true. Phase 2 starts depending on your server and when the gates open up and get captured the you have a timer

I have a question, if anyone here can answer. In my server, we just finished building the Lagrange Gate and my Union has it. For how long do we have to keep it to win?
Should say somewhere when you click on the gate. Be aware it's not just the gate you need to win but more than 40% occupancy too
@@Damphyre There is nothing on the Gate now. Does it mean we have to get 40% occupancy for the timer to appear? Wait, that should not be that since the objectives allow to be down to 10%, and having the Gate Region, just with lower points.
@@Loi_de_Murphy may take a bit of time to start up. I remember a big notification pop up. So may just be a matter of waiting a little bit longer for that.

I'm so screwed for the first half I've yet to get any frigates besides fg300 and its verients. At least I'm set with every other ship class.
Hahaha. You can rush 1/2 days and hit destroyers 😜. So by the sounds of it rushing o late game and rely on protection from your union members will benefit both of you greatly!

theres Phase resets, so when you enter the next server phase it resets. Seasons resets are only effecting the shop.

@@Damphyre Alright good. Someone has been spreading false info on my server that says they their Union won't allow others to "pass" through the gate. Not that I belive that but it's something I need to address as our Second in Command. I'm server 43, Murder INC. Anyone in nearby servers that might be merged with us can get in contact with me here.
I def think they've cranked up the spawnrate of pirates/bases
Yeah it really does feel like it. I've moved about a few times this server and always seem swarmed by pirates.
@@Damphyre I'm not complaining. I like the greater access to lots of xp/chips. But, it's making recon a real hassle. Especially as they like to spawn guard fleets just in the open now (used to be, they'd only be near belts and bases).
Also I don't recall this doubling up of battlecruisers before. Every belt group instead of being 1 battlecruiser or some cruisers... is 2 separate battlecruisers that will aggro. And that can be a bit much for say, several of my union-mates who are reaching Expansion 6 and don't have a load of cruisers yet.
