How did you straighten the blade?

You can use a wooden devise especially made for this purpose. I personally used a vice slightly open and with a rubber so as not to scratch the blade. You have to work slowly and check often to see where to work.

I have an old Usuba waiting to go but the warp in the blade was giving me pause.

@@jonpbjo yeah it's annoying but once it's done, the fun can begin!
