- I am tasked with catching as many cars as possible within 20 minutes, i am however using a flying car which has it's own difficulties.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate the oddity of how the number of times someone was caught, aligns with what place they finished in.
Even 4th place has two people tied with 4 captures.

I think the contact at 9:02 should have counted, since they respawned (either believing they were tagged or beam physics reset) and would've been caught after if they hadn't done so.
yeah I did think I was tagged there, maybe I was too trigger happy on the respawn but I thought there wasnt any question in the way I got hit.

The hover cars also work well underwater, which might make for a funny challenge.

i think you should spawn somewhere at sea since your spawn is in the 25% part of the map where they might be , it might be actually more dangerous for them to stay there

I reckon if you do more hover HTS, or BNG HTS in general, you should lose a point to the person you're chasing, every time you have to reset your car. Good little incentive for you.

Hey, it would be really nice if in future such videos you would put the rightscreen numbers to the left of the names. If I watch these videos on a smart TV, from the internet browser rather than from the youtube app, it cuts the sides of the screen, so I cannot see the collision numbers when in full screen. But I guess that can be solved if you just put the numbers to the left of the names. Thanks a lot, amazing video as ever.

The imperial speedometer with decimals looks quite silly.
that's the rev counter. this model has a turbine engine, meaning it revs to over 60,000rpm. not that it matters in hover mode

A hover car already exists in vanilla GTA 😅

No offense to the drive crew.. or even Alex. but it's just gotten old. Survive The Hunt? GTA racing? Forza Motorsports racing (as awful as the game may be) Forza Horizon? but hover-cars... pass.

It’s so odd. It’s basically only FR ‘s videos where the image freezes and the audio continues on my Samsung TV. It’s so annoying.
And I have to ask, no disrespect, but Alex often refers to the other players as “they”. Is that an (rather uncommon) English thing or a pronoun thing or is he just covering all bases? I get a bit confused since Amy seems to be a male?? I’m quite familiar with the English language and it’s not very often you hear they used in singular form when the speaker knows the other persons gender 🫤 or is it?

First of all Amy is a woman.
Secondly Alex doesn't nessearily know who is driving which car. So he just refers to the unknown driver of the car using the pronoun they, a very common scenario in English

@@ATM648That I do know, but again, after multiple videos I assumed he’d know their identity. My bad! I just found it so odd how he’d address the other players after watching so much YT content and never really come across the frequency of the usage of the word them in the way Alex’s uses it. But now I know.
