Love this song. My drummer got this monster on vinyl and we both got baked and just cranked his system, absorbing the vibes for the duration. This song is a state of mind for sure, meditation on and through the riffs a welcome ritual in my world.

Listening to Sleep literally puts you to sleep. I guess the only way to enjoy it is to use a lot of weed.

I like Sleep, I like Om, I like the Melvins' sludgy stuff. I've even been known to listen to Sunn O))). But I have trouble with Dopesmoker, and tend to flick forwards to something a little less monotonous. It makes me want to listen to Melt Banana or Daisy Chainsaw.
