This place calls themselves "Equal Opportunity Employers".. THEY ARE NOT!! Someone filling out an application for full time employment whom has felonies being over 5 years old was turned down for employment. That is not "Equal Opportunity"! But, if that same person went thru a temporary service,, they would get the job.?! This company is hypocritical and most of the problems occur thru the front office Human Recorces office. Don't waste your time trying to make a career thru this company.
It's almost impossible to find work anywhere when you have a felony. Not fair but that's just the way it is. And the reason they'll take them through a temp service is because if the felon does anything out of line, they have someone they can blame and possibly get money from the temp company. Dont blame the company for the issues someone caused themselves.
@@andyacidsquid5928 Very well said! I was going to say something similar. I appreciate people who made mistakes and are trying to rebuild their lives. But unfortunately, there are a decent percentage of felons that continue to get into legal troubles or have negative attitudes in other places in their lives. No one wants to take that on! I realize not everyone is that way, but the bad apples always spoil it for everyone else.
