Sailing Around the World - Panama Canal Crossing, SV DREAMER

Hey everyone,
We have finally made it to the Pacific. We heard some horror stories from other boaters about the canal crossing, however it was actually quite simple for us... or we just got lucky. Rafting up with other boats made it pretty easy as the 2 line handlers we hired did all of the work.
A few take away's:
Take off your outboards while in the marina or anchored, so at least one of your sides is free
Bring extra food and drinks, incase the crossing takes longer
Hire the professionals
