this game gets so much mileage out of this theme and to have it culminate in this banger of a final boss theme is the cherry on top of the cake. Amazing rendition!
2:04 - 2:25 This is by far my favorite part of the original VS. Star Dream, and you hella did it justice here, you even picked up on the small bit of Green Greens at 2:22
Really enjoy what you did with the drums (0:42 being a good example), they bring out the funk aspect that I love about the original song; only minor nitpick I have is that this song's specifically credited to just Hirokazu Ando, but you listed names in the first place, which is already more than what people are willing to do sometimes

For a game about a cute round pink thing, Kirby finale bosses/themes always go hard.
This immediately becomes my favorite cover of this song. I use to be torn between GaMetal's and LightMetaS' cover but this is now the one I prefer.

Planet Robobot still remains my favorite kirby soundtrack, Stardreams theme is its very peak.
This is an amazing rendition of this masterpiece.
This really recaptured the wonder I felt upon first hearing Star Dream’s theme.

Dare I say I was disappointed because I saw the thumbnail and assumed it was Vagrant Counting Song of Retrospection? I've been looking for a great take on that and you're the best to do it for sure! (But for real, this is incredible! Stunning work as always!)
Yknow, we’ve seen many concepts of technology being hidden under our noses in these games, which originate from an old civilization, but this is the first time the final boss was something man made. The idea of synthetic life finishing what their creators started is such a great concept for a Kirby boss. I love Planet Robobot to bytes!

@@techno1561 but that’s not the final boss of Super Star. Galactic Nova is just a pre-boss. Even if it is fun, it’s just a simple distraction before the final battle with Marx.
Not to mention Haltmann somehow trapped Nova b4 heading to Popstar....which raises questions but yeah I highly agree with you bc I've enjoyed the Star Dream OS Fight ^~^

this is my personal favorite boss fight out the whole kirby series. it just kicks ass and i love how it ends with you CONTROLLING THE HALBERD!! AND YOU FIGHT A GODLIKE PLANET SIZED GOD!!! Its soo gooddddd. and the MUSIC DAWG, THE FUCKINg mUSIC JUST TELLS YOU TO SAVE DREAM LAND. you did this one justice, youre amazing at music!
It's the mark of a pair of truly talented composers (you and Ando specifically Ev) that even one such as moi can both be awed and moved by music from a game I never had the opportunity or wherewithal to play yet. Might be a sign for me to finally get a 3DS and take a long look at the sea of games that await.

I swear. You're a master at one upping the original when it comes to Kirby final boss music. You always manage to keep the feel of the original, while also adding something more to it that puts it from 100% to 200%. This is amazing!

I've never played a Kirby game and this sent shivers up my spine.
don't let the franchise's appearance and easy to learn gameplay fool you: Kirby is secretly all about that JRPG plot but taken cutesy in front facing appearance, yet intimidating with how deep the rabbit hole of L O R E goes. Woolie VS has a good series of videos on it, but i'd reccomend playing a recent mainline game like Forgotten Land just to begin understanding how deep that rabbit hole goes.
The violin work gave me so many chills, so well done, phenomenal work!!
LITERALLY SO AWESOME, absolutely LOVE the retro sci-fi sort of feel combined with the funky elements that make the original song great!

Kirby music is some of the most intense in the whole video game industry, but even among Kirby games, this is right at the top.

It's more epic than the original and less electronic, but it's still rocking, and the calm parts are quietly powerful and very good. 2:18 and the drums really fit the mood of the song. 2:40 is a great recreation of the unsettling feeling of the song. I like it very much and give it a high rating.

this is probably one of the best final boss themes of all time and you did such justice to the funk and DnB elements, incredible. I LOVED how you directly referenced Meta Knight’s Revenge in the Green Greens segment, it’s often overlooked that it’s the exact snippet from there!

If this game will ever get a remake like Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door with updated graphics and music I want this in the game.
This is probably my favorite Kirby final boss theme of all time, and this remix just makes it better! My favorite ever? Probably not, since I love One-Winged Angel from Final Fantasy VII and Live and Learn from Sonic Adventure 2, but this is in the top 5 for me. Also, could you perhaps do a remix of Under My Control? There aren't many remixes of it, as far as I know.
This rearrangement is beautiful! I adore the way you do rearrangements. They all feel like something I could feasibly hear in a remake of their source material. My only two nitpicks would be that the beeping during the intro is gone and the Haltmann leitmotif isnt quite accurate

(BELATED APRIL FOOL’S) Ultra-Secret Final Boss of Kirby Fighters 2: Galvanic Knight, a 100% machine warrior in Galacta Knight’s likeness that was created by Parallel Susie, can be fought rather than the Moon Warriors by holding Up and - during the preview screen that plays an ominous remix of Revenge of Meta Knight’s title jingle from Kirby Super Star.

The best kirby musics, in my opinion, are those that mix the main title theme of the game with the classic kirby music.
That being said, I hope the next one is A High Speed Farewell from New World.
