No fertile farm land should be used for airport or housig estate . Southeast is small i size.Failure to note this disability in decision about project like airport it will not be a comfortable situation in the future as population grow. Imo state airport is one hour drive to abia state if no obstacle in the way, it capacity can serve people in abia state.
