Hi! Thank you for this video challenge! I’m thinking of doing a 21-day challenge for myself. Is it ok to do an ARL on the same topic (Emotions/Emotional Health) for 21 days straight instead of changing the topic each day but have a different intention each day for Emotional Health such as “releasing anger” or releasing anxiety”, etc.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I had such resistance to starting this challenge.. and then literally had to take a nap in the middle 😂
