I've been wearing mine for two months now and love it. I use to wear the nasal swift pillow for her but it started irritating the inside of my nose. It also kept breaking my hair off. Don't have that problem with this one. I can move from side to side and because the hose attaches at the top there's no more pulling on the mask when I move around or move my arms. I'm sleeping through the night. I didn't realise until I got the Dreamwear that the problem was my previous mask. Took a little getting use to but worth it. There might be a slight air leak until you get use to it and learn to adjust to your needs. If you lay on your side and restrict the air on that side it doesn't matter because the other side is open and you still get the same pressure. It's very comfortable. I highly recommend it. I decided to try it after watching your very informative video. Thank you for taking the time to review it.

I've had mine for two nights. It takes getting used to, and I'm not there yet. I felt as if I was suffocating at first, but I slept better than I have in a long time.

Two air leaking points are too much. Maybe if you´re single is fine, but that´s so annoying for your partner. It´s better nasal pillows by ResMed.

I wish I could find instructions for replacing the nasal cushion. Mine fell out, so I tried to put a new one on. For some reason, it does not snap into place.. on either side! I don't know why that is. I was able to put new ones on before, but suddenly there is no way to attach the cushion. I won't be able to sleep until I can get a new one, and I don't even have a sleep doctor anymore, so I'm up the creek without a paddle. Literally cannot sleep without a CPAP.

Hello, the DreamWear Nasal mask would be better suited for someone who does not sleep with their mouth open. If you're looking for something similar, but more ideal for mouth breathing, take a look at the DreamWear Full Face mask: www.directhomemedical.com/respironics-dreamwear-full-face-cpap-mask-fitpack.html

My provider switched me to this mask recently. I originally thought Id like it. But, Im a stomach sleeper. The seal becomes dislodged from my nose because the silicone is so soft. Im switching back to my Eson nasal mask.

I am also a stomach sleeper and the DreamWear is the best mask yet for stomach sleepers! The secret is to get the Velcro strap adjustment tight enough to keep the pillows in place. I have been using these for over 3 years with my sleep reports now consistently over 90% and I got used to the tighter adjustment after adding the Velcroed cloth that came with the mask around the latex cheek contact area. My provider changed me to this mask after the nasal pillows started inflaming my nostrils from chaffing, best upgrade ever!

I am not understanding this. Do I understand it may not fit and you may have to order another piece. I have seen articles that say small, medium and large.

+Buford Rowe DreamWear mask packs are available with 3 cushion sizes -- Small, Medium, Large -- so you can try each to find the best one for you. You can also buy packs with just one size, but if you haven't determined your best size yet then the multisize FitPack would be best. www.directhomemedical.com/respironics-dreamwear-nasal-cpap-mask.html#.VzUHc2Mwc7Q

Duo you already use a cpap/bipap? If you do your doctor just has to write a prescription for it. If you've not been diagnosed you just need to do a Sleep Study to determine if you have Sleep Apnea.

Cait, It sounds like you may be wearing you headgear too tight -- so it's pressing hard on your nostrils -- or if you're using the DreamWear with Nasal Pillow then you may be using a pillow size that is too large. Keep trying and take care!
