    If anyone is wondering, the main reason eggs don't stick to these is because of a polished finish. This used to be a common feature of quality cookware, but sadly most modern cookware has a cheaper brushed finish which sticks to food and is harder to clean. The finish doesn't need to be mirror polished, but it should be smooth.
    edit: another reason I love this piece of cookware is that there's no rivets. Welded handles are a much better design. Rivets always have a little crack where junk can build up and is pretty well impossible to clean. Cooking surfaces with rivets should be illegal.

    Thank you, for pointing out that the induction burner shuts off when you pick up the pan! That is one of the bigger annoyances of induction cooking!

      Does that happen on ALL induction hobs? I just bought one and it is soooo frustrating. Not sure if its worth returning and buying a different model?
      It also cycles heat when its below 120c - turns on for a few seconds then turns off for a few seconds. Not sure if they all do that too?

      @@wileecoyote5749 You obviously don't cook.. or you are a wizard. How do you shuffle food? Flip a stir fry? Spread butter across the base of a pan?

      Newer models automatically turns back on as soon you place pan back on

    • @richardowens9061
      @richardowens9061 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@iceho6460 Yes, but while the pan is off the burner, it's beeping and showing an error message in the display - annoying.

    Perfect, now just flip it back so you get the thinner sheath over the yolk. Makes dipping the toast effortless.

    270 degrees is medium high on most induction. On induction Medium is 240 degrees, usually.

    Is this just a regular stainless steal fryer? I really don't want to buy a new set of pans and am hoping my stainless steal set will work just fine. I did the magnet test on my pans and there is a strong pull.

      Yes, its full-body cookware meaning it will work great on gas and electric and best on induction. see www.healthcraft.com

    how to make boiled eggs?

  • @kcruales9888
    @kcruales9888 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Normally I would heat the pan, put the egg, cover the pan and immediately turn off the heat then wait while the remaining heat in the pan cooks the egg.

    That egg looks like an elastic. The perfect sunny side up has bubbly white that are burned on the edges and this can only be done by a gas stove.
