congrats! Idk why im watching this lol, Im from Europe and here medschool lasts 5 to 6 years and starts straight out of high school but yea its interesting ig. The american acceptance process is so much harder and difficult so congrats :)
@CosmoCadet Yup it's a crazy process here in the US. Half my family is from Europe, so I understand how it works over there too. But here it takes an incredible amount of preparation, doing well in an undergraduate 4-year degree, an extremely difficult entrance exam (MCAT), hospital experience, etc. Average age to start med school here is around 24 years old-I'll be slightly younger at 23.
I could not concentrate on studying, felt hopeless with a wandering mind. I guess I would be wasting my time on TH-cam then. Hell no, not this time! TH-cam recommended me your videos. They are very appealing and interesting. Bro is like an Asian Doctoral uncle (or dad) splitting facts in front my face. Absolutely love it! If there is only one tip that I could remember, "STARTING TODAY" would be it. Em cám ơn Bác Sĩ Minh! Your words of wisdom are my anesthetic doses tonight.
That’s the national average, not for any one individual school. I find it frightening that 60% - the majority of premeds - don’t get into ONE medical school after investing thousands of dollars and a year in the application cycle.
Feels good to finally ignore all these premed channels because I've been officially accepted into med school
