I do like the use of proper two-tones. They alert the traffic much better than the US-style sirens.

The need to fix the light bars to alternate, that will just wash the road out for drivers of the pumps at night
And the price for crews to have pride in the station and pressure wash the stone work?
The inside of the station is immaculately kept by the crews. Unfortunately the responsibility falls to LFRS estates to manage stuff like that.
Sack the estate manager ,station front looks awful & depressing it’s enough to give you ptsd just looking at it.
