@@LeoPazzo Hi Leo, The tally light is the red light on each camera that helps the talent & the camera operator know which camera is live on the program output. This Video switcher is missing these outputs to control the red lights you could mount on your cameras. All professional video switches have a multi pin tally port connector. It is possible Osee could make a simple add on box that plugs into one of the USB ports that could decode the tally signal which is something as simple as a contact closure from a relay per camera with a long figure 8 cable with a red light mounted on the end attached to each camera. Great video, I might pickup the GoStream...This is random question say you have 3 guest during a livestream does the the switcher process audio and follow the cameras. Asking because I've not wrapped my head around how to set that up. possibly someone has a video that shows how they run both the audio and video board.
Yes if each camera has a audio source and is being sent to the GoStream deck via hdmi then you can set the GoStream deck to AFV which means “audio follow video” so anytime you make that video switcher from each person the audio will automatically switch to the new video source. Regardless we have full control of all the audio being set to the switcher and we can choose which audio we want to send to our PGM final output livestream or recording. I’m not exactly sure of your exact audio setup but if you have multiple guests and they all have their own mic, then I would say that you should maybe run all that audio into a audio mixer so you can control the gain / volume for each mic and person talking and then send that audio from the audio mix to the GoStream deck via the mic 1 or mic 2 input on the GoStream deck as either a mic input or line input and then you can do any further adjustments to the audio on the GoStream deck audio menu page. Just giving you some ideas and so I can better understand your audio setup plans.
