I built a café racer from my kids bike!

Without any previous experience I take on a cafe racer build. So can a complete beginner complete a build like this? Yes, by making mistakes and asking for help among friends and online.
This bike is a Suzuki GSX400E from 1982 that was used by my kids for motorcycle license schooling. When they didn't need it anymore I could not get rid of it. Instead I was inspired by all the projects others did and this is my attempt to make it on my own.
