So much to like about this. First the acoustic guitar playing is absolutely beautiful, the vocals are spot on and the harmony and chemistry between these two is absolutely brilliant. The way the mic's are positioned and the types of mics used so the sound is captured is just right, even the camera position with the running mates facing each other. I've watched this video countless times and it always makes me smile. Well done.
Yet, I like the harmonies in the original better. It fits better than this. Because in this version it gives out a more negative emotion by going to the minor, which is a bit contradictory with the lyrics. Also I like the original strumming better as well. I do like her voice in this though, perfect and soothing to listen to.
