If there was a ska award show the caddies would win "Band whose horn section you feel the worst for" Seriously, watch a caddies song horn section and then go watch streetlight. Caddies have become all about the lead singer and its unfortunate.
even though the horn section kinda dissapeared i love them so much like skinnyhurley said every albums been so different and all great as hell i mean i love all there stuff but how many times can u listen to the gentleman type stuff and the backyard type stuff by themselvs, i needem both to balance themselves out lol
well i got nothing against the toasters, i know theyre a big part of ska history. infact my band opened for them in san antonio, we went on right before the toasters. i simply enjoy mad caddies shows alot more, theyre extremely talented and they have alot of variety in their music. i wish they would tour the us more.
how can you even compare them to the Toasters? they are just a skad up version of bands like sublime,pepper,311,etc. The Toasters were a huge part in the start of the 3rd wave and are a part of ska history. Now ill agree with you on them being better then streetlight because well, streetlight sounds the same with all their songs and just covers it up with different horn lines.
I don't think I've heard a Mad Caddies song I didn't enjoy. You don't like what they're playing anymore? Go start a band and "do it right" and stop telling artists what to do.

1st, this band is great, but streetlight is godly.

i think theyre better then streetlight and toasters, more variety in there music. but street and toasters are great nonetheless
