The Board of Trustees, Bhutan Trust Fund celebrated the successful signing of three pivotal grant agreements for sustainable development projects in Bhutan. These projects, totaling Ngultrum 17,800,000, were carefully selected under the annual Large Grant and Project Related Investment (PRI) window for the funding period 2023-24. The initiatives include enhancing visitor facilities at the Phibsoo outpost, establishing an Air and Water Pollution Testing Laboratory, and implementing the Green Paper project aimed at recycling waste papers. The signing ceremony, attended by dignitaries and project leaders, marked the formal commencement of these transformative projects. With a focus on environmental sustainability, job creation, and technological advancement, the grants signify a collective effort towards achieving developmental goals and fostering national capacities in Bhutan.
