I really think that sometimes we look for to many big plays and when we don’t get those big plays early it can throw the offense rhythm off rest of the game.
This is true. This is why we struggle against the Chiefs, Steelers, and other solid to elite defenses. We are a “hungry” offense as Coach says. Sometimes you can be hungry, but sometimes you need to play for a decent punt for your defense. We get lulled into trying to hit the beauties downfield
I've been a Monken critic but I have to give him his trophies. These were beautiful playcalls. I really think both Lamar and Monken have improved since the last Pittsburgh game, as well as Bateman's confidence. I don't see them losing this game.

We already do. If we didn’t take our foots off the gas we could easily already have 600 more passing yards. We stopped scoring on purpose in 5 games this year and just tried to feed Derrick Henry.
Coach of I’m not mistaken they declined the 5th year option on Bateman but they gave him a two year extension for 15 million keeping him through the 2026 season. This is his 4th year so it’s still his rookie deal. Furthermore it seems like a three year extension bc we get this 4th year on his rookie contract, a bonus year we keep him two extra years signing a wr we drafted hopefully we can extend him and he and say can get pro bowls
The big difference from last year imo is they have Bate running double moves and not just go routes. He has never been that type WR he is a route runner.
