Theres actually a scenario like that in my town. It sucks and noone knows what to do. 50% of the people treat the 2 way stop as first come first serve, the other 50% treat it as right of way.
I didn't hear an explanation of what was occurring during the video. While I can just go into the drivers handbook and look for the information there, I feel like this would be more effective and thorough if there had been an explanation of what to expect and what to do once having reached the stop sign (e.g. right of way, who goes first, etc.). Not sure I can explain this well enough. But imagine an intercession with only two stop signs for the north/south drivers the east/west have no stop signs. When I get to the stop signs I wait for the guy directly infront of me to turn right then pull up to the stop sign while another car goes straight through the intersection. I arrive at the stop sign slightly before the car on the other side of the road and turn left they flip me off because they wanted to go straight before me. Did I not have right of way because I got there first? Basically imagine if the green car here wanted to turn left.

i don't believe that, because simply, if I pull up to that same 2 way and there is zero traffic coming, I don't have to wait for that other car across from me, i can go ahead and make my left turn... so no, I don't think so

A 2-way stop is treated like a 4-way stop with the only exception being the street with no stop signs obviously not having to stop.
