As much as I loved Brad Pitt in this kind of a role, Lemon and Tangerine absolutely steal the show. Just in general, this felt like the kind of "popcorn movie" we just don't get as much anymore, at least in the sense that it's not a reboot, trying to set up a cinematic universe, etc. It's a fun, one-and-done action blockbuster that's just interesting enough to keep you engaged the whole way through.
So Ryan Reynolds' cameo here was in exchange for Brad Pitt's cameo in Deadpool 2. But yeah Lemon and Tangerine were excellent and would definitely watch a spin-off with them, there's irony that they were talking about bulletproof vests and while Tangerine noted about being shot in the chest, which Lemon survives because of the vest, he dies being shot in the neck like Lemon noted. Also the trolley lady the Hornet knocks out is Kumiko from The Boys, a lowkey very stacked cast.
"You put peace out in the world, you get peace back." Everyone has been demanding for a "Tangerine" and "Lemon" spin off series or film. Hopefully our thoughts will be heard! Also, I don't care how "good" this movie is because "Bullet Train" is probably the most continuously entertaining film of the year and it just keeps on getting better every time I rewatch it. Basically, people who hate on this film just hate fun.
It’s kind of funny that Brad Pitt, Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum were in _Bullet Train_ and _The Lost City_ respectively where in the former film, Pitt was in the leading role while Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum were the cameos while in the latter film it’s vice-versa.
20:35 - “the ol‘ Punch and Judy” Punch and Judy were an old puppet duo (and by “old” I mean 17th century). They were a strangely enduring form of entertainment in Europe pretty much up until television became the dominant form of entertainment. They never completely went away, though, which is why they still get referenced from time to time. Here it’s just used as a way to describe puppeteering.
Brad Pitt did 95% of his own stunts in this film according to stunt coordinator Greg Rementer. With the main exceptions being hard falls and the running scenes. He also wanted his character to grow an increasing number of bruises, cuts, and more culminating in at least three golf ball-sized lumps, but they talked him out of it.
The funny thing is that Brad Pitt also appeared in the _Lost City_ with Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum respectively but in a minor/brief role and that film was released five months earlier. But for _Bullet Train,_ Brad Pitt is in the leading role while Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum who were the main leads in _The Lost City_ play smaller/minor cameo roles in _Bullet Train._
I've considered a trip to Japan. Next year I'm going to Vietnam. The best vacation for a dollar I've seen. 5-Star Hotels for $50 a night. You can even get beach view in Da Nang. White sand, they clean it every night so it's spotless the next morning and a small crew that keeps a watch during the day.
to add more train movies to your lists, there's also "Money Train" (1995) (starring a young Jennifer Lopez) "Runaway Train" (1985) and "Murder on the Orient Express" (1974) which are all really good movies.
Train movies naturally lend themselves to extra excitement! Submarine movies are good too. Some train recos include: The Lady Vanishes Strangers on a Train North by Northwest The Narrow Margin (50s original and 90s remake) Runaway Train Murder on the Orient Express (orig is great; remake is ok) By slight inference: 3:10 to Yuma (orig and remake) High Noon
Thank you TBR & Sam for this reaction. Your great efforts dealing with the uploads difficulties are appreciated! Keep up your great work! Love, love, love your channel!✌
Sometime in the future please watch: 1. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (‘90) 2. Waterworld 3. Interview with the Vampire 4. Dances with Wolves 5. Enemy Mine 6. U-571 7. Willow 8. Legends of the Fall 9. Dead Man Walking 10. Face/Off

Like everyone else, I want a lemon and tangerine movie.
Excellent. I know this one took a lot of doing to get up on the channel but it's always good to see a new video from the both of you.

Hiroyuki Sanada having a katana fight on a bullet train feels like an homage to The Hunted 1995, but I have no confirmation.
I think this movie is so underrated. One of my favorites from 2022. Aaron Taylor Johnson kills it
Love you both. Keep up the great work
Please do Star Trek reactions. 🙏🏻
Fun Fact: the truck that almost hits Brad at the beginning is the Tangerine truck which shows up at the end.
Another great Brad Pitt movie is Killing Them Softly
YES!!

THANK GOD!
Been waiting for almost 2 weeks for this reaction.
It's one of the funniest and craziest action comedy movies ever made!

I very much agree
I really enjoyed the movie, but the last 3rd or quarter or so went on a little too long imo.
Sandra Bullock plays Brad Pitt's phone handler.
Your reactions are hilarious.
This is the role that earned him James Bond. 90% the walk.
Channing Tatum and Sandy B cameo here because Brad cameos in The Lost City, their Romancing the Stone-esque romcom.
And Ryan Reynolds because Brad did the cameo in Deadpool 2
@@ernieallison3141plus, Sandy and Ryan in The Proposal

Lot of nod to deadpool 2 in this movie.
This movie was SO much fun!! 🤩
React to the film: THE PLATFORM (2019), a very interesting, shocking and disgusting Spanish dystopian thriller. This gem is worth checking out.
Love this movie! XD
Wild ride!😂😅
I hope the James Bond casting rumor ends up being true. He is Kick-ass in this role and gorgeously filled out that suit.
Kick-ass, i see what you did there.

as good as it was...i imagine keanu would have been a fun lead too
I think he would have been great here in a cameo.
Murder on the Orient Express (original version)
Another Denzel/Train movie: The Taking of Pelham 123.
guys you really should watch Green Book
Agree!
Yeah, Tangerine and Lemon STOLE the show!!! AND.... Brad Pitt was very good and unique in this role.
