Wow, that’s insane. I used to live in Riverside, California, and now I live in Chihuahua, Mexico and I spend no more than $25-$30 a day, and that’s expensive. You can live here on $10 a day. You can literally just watch yoga videos at home and go on walks/runs/bike riding. That would already get you in good shape throw in some calisthenics like push-ups, squats, pullups and you have a well rounded workout routine. You could also spend hundreds of dollars a week on personal training 😳

My biggest discovery when it comes to making cold espresso is once I put the sugar I need in the hot brew, I then put it in the freezer for a few minutes to cool it down and then once I put the ice it doesn't melt right away watering the coffee
So as a Pacific Northwest person the thing that you have to understand is that our coffee here is a ton better than Starbucks, specifically Portland and Seattle.

Hey! Fellow 18 year old who wants to run a business 😉 would never want to make this decision for you, but I am going to school at a community college and working at the same time! This allows you to earn money while also going to a much cheaper school even though you’re earning the same degree. I encourage you to look into it!
$200K for any education is a waste of money. You can learn all the business and real estate stuff from books and podcasts. Graham didn't learn real estate in college.
