I agree, it’s import to set goals every year. If you meet your goals, great and if you don’t, it’s the best way to learn so you can eventually hit that goal. You’re right on, it’s also important to recognize what you do and don’t do well. Once you know, you can take the necessary steps to keep yourself and business on track. Great video!
Thanks for sharing! I just closed out my first full year with a small storefront, still so much to learn! I am making everything out of my home, so I am only open Thursday-Sunday. Finding a bigger retail place with room for production is just not feasible for me, but I would love to simplify my product line, so I can keep inventory more consistent in store and stay open at least one or two more days of the week. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, it’s incredibly helpful :)
I totally know what you mean about having set days to do certain things. I’m always jumping from task to task and being more focused is one of my goals too.
Yes to all of this! Listen to your daughter..hiring someone to take pictures/run our social media has been the biggest weight off of my plate mentally! There are only so many directions you can focus your attention on. I think you will see an increase in sales too. Y’all have a Merry Christmas!
I'm just sitting here listening to you and all the things you're trying to talk about and get in your head and all I can hear is you need about three of you I think it's time to consider help if you can get it if you can get your friends or family to pitch in that would help you can delegate some of these things to them and then you can have more time to work on your business and your ideas

It will be interesting to see if I can manage to stick to a schedule & if it helps productivity & decrease stress

Thank you. Merry Christmas 🎄
I hear so much of this. This year I’m scheduling myself like I would someone else working for me.
That’s a great way to look at time management 😉
I love all these videos about storefronts...I just opened mine about 2 months ago! Thank you for all your advice!
I hope your store is doing fantastic 💕
oh i had no clue that you should not take hot showers in the winter, no wonder my skin felt extra dry. thank you for that info
Hey Carmen have you checked out the soap destash group? There may be tubes for sale there. I have some that I won’t use, what size do you need?
I use the 2 oz clear tubes. I can wait until January but thank you so much!!!!! I didn’t even think to reach out to a group. I appreciate it 💕
