Thank you for doing this for those of us who are living with multiple myeloma. I've been on Dexamethazone since first diagnosed last year in March. My Dr reduced my dosage 5 months ago as I wasn't sleeping and weight gain was horrible despite eating less and less. I've stopped the gain and ever so slowly loosing some to a more comfortable weight. Sleeping has improved as well. Rthank you again
Hy my brother newly diagnosed with multiple mayeloma stage 2 .. his treatment just started a month ago dexamethasome also part of treatment.. can you tell how long it take to come to normal life
As my conscience will not allow me to participate in most of the treatments for this horrible cancer. I'll continue with the treatments that are acceptable to me which are the beginning regiments. At this time there is not a cure for multiple myeloma. I'm about 20 to 21 months into this and living as normal a life as possible. Changes happen and will need to be adjusted to as they come. I love helping others as there is more joy in giving than in receiving. This helps me to put away my worries and focus more on others. Bone breaks have happened as the bones thin out. I currently have a left clavicle hairline fracture just from moving my arm. (this is the 3rd break in different locations without outside trauma. Just normal usage) Keeping a positive hope for new upcoming acceptable for me treatments is one hope. The best hope I have is scriptural considering Psalm 37:10,11; Daniel 2:44 and 29; Rev 21:3,4. These and many more assist me to keep my mind in the right place :) I hope you and your brother are able to find what you're looking for. Take care and may you be comforted. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 @@zubiakhan1734
