Will: I am nearly 75 and recently started your free beginners' course, which I find very helpful. Years ago I bought a Marine Band MS in C, now looking to buy a Hohner Rocket C since several players recommend it as easier to bend. Folk music, particularly Irish trad, is my fave genre so I have also just bought an EastTop Paddy C (I expect I will want a G, too.) As an amateur I play the bodhran in Irish sessions, and can beat out the Kesh --but no way on the harp, yet. Reminds me of an old joke. A British variation might go like this: A passenger in a London cab asked the driver, "How does one get to Albert Hall?" The driver answered, "Practice, man, practice!" 🙂
Nonetheless can you provide the notation or tabs for this, or a link?
Irish jigs are my enemy. Just cannot play so fast and clean. Can play fast and clean for rock and blues. But ya know. Irish need that CLEEEEAN dude. Lol

Irish music is the most beautiful music to my ears so as Scottish English Welsh and Viking and medieval music. That tune is one of the hardest tune play in harmonica breath control and rhythm you rock it brother.

I just filmed my first harp video. Applause, on your breath control, tongue placement, bending and twisting. I’ve been playing ten years since I retired. If and when I upload, I’d love your opinion. I don’t have your kinda of harmonica I wish I could afford the price but my Fenders are pretty good. Lol

@@doc693 hahaha been with wife since 07. When I picked up harmonica seriously in 2014 she was mighty annoyed. Now I play with bands. Our loved ones endured so we could play. 😝
