It seems like Rebecca wants Powell to think that she's turning him down with the look on her face. She doesn't look very enthusiastic until after he think that she's saying no.
I so hate that Powell just wants to marry Rebecca b\c hes only doing that just to keep Todd out of Rebecca's life which is wrong. But i liked the look on Powell's face when he thought Rebecca was gonna say no b\c yo that was so so funny & so so priceless. B\c yo it totally was. Rh just owns this show. Marty is even thrown into hos dreams b/c shes sadly boring w/o him. Susan even complained in late 94 her character was nothing unless involved w/ todd. She only jumps off the screen w/ rh in her best years in the 90s. Powell & rebecca are so putrid. The poetry ugh esp given powells as much a gang rapist as todd
