How to knit 3/2 LC and 3/2 RC without a cable needle

In the Meadow scarf, I've used a cable design that used 3/2 left cross and 3/2 right cross stitches. This video shows you how to work these stitches without a cable needle. It's simple and much easier than using a cable needle everytime you reach this part of the pattern.
