Phenomenal job captain! You kept a smile on the lovely lady's face the entire time at sea. Well done, I've never been out to sea before, quite terrified to be honest. However, your skill and choice of craft demonstrates the joy one can have when all the proper elements align. Cheers to you and your lovely cousin!
Fist time I actually saw you speechless😂. I had the chance to pilot a 29 for a while. Same experience. Not only the speed but the ability for whatever driver wants to try. The driver is the limit, not the boat. Great test Dan!
OMG it was so different and I was having feelings of what it’s like on a high performance sailing mono or multi actually. Some of the sensations felt similar and I was struggling to describe it! Such an amazing machine. Very impressed
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife i know the CEO Karl and the factory. Both are impressive. Top notch carbon production. He is probably one of the most experienced carbon gurus world wide. At our first test drive 2018 with the 29 we ran thru the 1.5m aft wave of a cargo vessel with over 40knts. I thought we will launch like a rocket but it was just a soft move. And even more impressive is, when you fully steer in at full speed. The boat starts „milling“ the water like a slot car and you really have to hold on to not being shot out of the boat. Crazy.
Oh really? Yes it is a big platform but it makes me think of a Lambo when i look at it and also it's awesome for entertaining and swimming so I fell in love with it.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife the platform is not only for swimming but for hydro dynamics. It keeps the boat more upright in curves because it works like a side wing…
Say 42 carbon yacht 4.5ton gross tonnage 50knots top speed And 800k euro price? What's the maximum range it can go with full 800liters fuel tank 300nautical mile?
I don't remember but she's such a slippery boat you would get great fuel economy and therefore good range. However the people who buy this are generally not so fussed on range as they just go out for lunch.

Thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah, I’ll have one thanks
Where do I sign?
Awesome! 🤩
Nice design!
Great looking boat, can't help to think that the lines would be nicer without the swim platform. Thanks for the review.

Not bad hey!
Performance?
Sorry, not for $860K… rather go with a used Rivamare or Dolceriva
Also beautiful boats!
