Hello! I'm just starting my application and we have the same situation. I am the Principal Applicant and currently on my PGWP. I would just like to confirm for the highest educational level, eventhough I have studied Bachelor's from my home country, we need to put "Post-graduate - No degree"? Thank you!
Thank you for your video! I would like to ask you about the 'Current country of residence.' I am also holding a work permit. I noticed that many people mentioned that the 'FROM DATE' is the first date of entry into Canada, and the 'FROM DATE' you filled out was the work permit start date. I'm just wondering that it's okay so far for your application since you typed the work permit start date. Thank you so much!
Hi! The reason I entered that is because the preceding question asks what my status is, which is "worker". And so I entered the work permit start date in the "from" date, because from then onwards, my status is a worker. I faced no issues with my application. :)
If someone in a common law in canada and got married, so now what is the date they have to entered the time they came into common law or they got married
The date they got married. The preceding question asks for Marital status in which they’ll have to select Married. So naturally in the following question you will put your marriage date. In IMM 5532 the form asks for address history of the sponsor, and that can show that the PA and sponsor have been living together.
Hey bro, I’m submitting my wife’s spousal sponsorship application inland, can you please tell me what documents do I need to upload and what additional documents I need to upload?
Hey bud, you can find the kind of supporting documents that you need to upload on IMM 5533e (Document Checklist). Watch the first video from 2:09 th-cam.com/video/6P6tkvf5n5M/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=RyanShirazi
