  • Sacred Object or Ancient Weapon? Where is the Ark of the Covenant and what technology did it use?
Even though UFOs are seen everywhere: over the desert, over the ocean, over cities; there's no way to predict when and where they'll show up.
Well, no way except for one: build or detonate a nuclear weapon.
Since the dawn of the atomic age, UFOs have been seen -- and photographed -- during nuclear weapons tests and near nuclear weapons facilities.
The Ark of the Covenant is one of the most mysterious artifacts in human history. The Ark, a sacred chest made of wood and covered in gold, has been missing since 587 BC. Its last known location was Jerusalem, somewhere under the Temple Mount.
What does this have to do with UFOs?
In 2011, a UFO was hovering over the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It emitted a flash of light, then shot straight up and disappeared into the night sky.
This could be just a coincidence. But it could be that the craft was looking for the Ark.
The Ark of the Covenant is an object of extreme religious importance to over 2 billion people. But why would a UFO be looking for it? Because it's the most dangerous weapon of mass destruction ever created.

Wate a sec, Emerods is an archaic term for hemorrhoids. Derived from the Old French word emoroyde, it was used as the common English term until the nineteenth century, after which it was replaced in medicine by a direct transliteration of the original Greek term haimorrhoides.

I'm a bit confused, although it might be a question of semantics.
I always though that the initial movement, that we see from A. J. was meant to be showing, the end of his Journey, from wherever he comes from, to our, physical plain of existence. Similar to a Star trek, 'Beam me down Scotty, type situation.
It's always fun when your entire view, can be changed with a simple shift of one's viewpoint.
I'll do some research and see what others say, or if A.J. himself has ever given a clue.

I believe Ron Wyatt found the Ark just before Raiders came out in the cinema. The cave was then sealed back up. He informed the Israeli authorities and told them no one was allowed to take or move the Ark. In 1995 they ignored him and sent several men in to retrieve the Ark. They were all struck down dead. The Israeli authorities then had to ask Ron to go back into the cave and recover the bodies as no one else would dare go inside. Ron died a few years later - from cancer. This story has always fascinated me.

Once Moses obtained the 10 Commandments from the Lord, the Israelites were then instructed to build the ark. You should probably read Exodus and possibly even Leviticus.

This is one of my all-time favorite subjects. Yes. I watched Raiders of the Lost Ark at least 50 times. A treasure taken as "spoils of war" was given back to those it was taken from - not as a gesture of friendship or a token of apology, but because it was destroying the population around it. They did not want it. They did not just toss it away - they actually made the effort to give it back. Even in these ancient times, I imagine word of something like that would spread. If future attackers successfully invaded Jerusalem and took many treasures, would they know to leave this one particular item right where it was? Would they have known of the past accounts enough that if they did take it, it was an object that would severely hurt whatever population they returned it too? Therefore the Ark, if it was found by conquerors in the temple, was simply ignored like it was never even there at all? This could be a "false memory" of mine, but it is pretty specific so I don't think so - maybe a possible case of the 'Mandela Effect" - but I have a memory of a documentary I watched years ago on the Ark. One of the individuals interviewed had stated "The Ark is hidden 'in its place'". To me, this is an indication that the Ark is still right where it was the whole time. Left behind in a now concealed room somewhere in the remains of the Second Temple. Digging for it or exploring that area looking for it is forbidden. No one wants to damage any part of those religious sites - and finding it may lead to major damage of one of the major religions Holy Sites around the remains of that Temple. Like you said : WWIII.
OR - it actually is in Ethiopia - concealed in its new Holy of Holies - "in its place". It is very interesting considering the expected life span of the priests set to guard it - as well as their cataracts. Cataracts may develop because of the high altitude, but do ALL THE PRIESTS develop them in their short lifetimes? Do ALL the Priests die in two to three years? A skeptic may be quick to use altitude as a primary cause, but if it occurs to ALL of the priests, then that is a very specific population that has a 100% effect or infection rate. Usually a number like that would point scientific researchers to look to see what was happening to these individuals.
What would you do if you suddenly knew where it was? Me? I would probably say a prayer and keep my mouth shut tight.

No supposed lab report showing only single chromosomes not pairs, so no XY chromosome (making Jesus not a true human man despite what the bible says); no name of the lab he claimed to have used, nothing but his story, and that makes no sense at all, like most of his "discoveries". The more unbelievable the story the stronger the proof needed. Saying it happened, even crying when you recount the story, is proof of absolutely nothing. His sons say he would never lie, but my mum never lied either: she believed everything absolutely that she told me, everything her mental illness made her believe. No, the cat in the tree outside our window wasn't a secret member of the universal space police put there the night before by a flying saucer, even though she believed it with all her heart and suggested that the number-filled sheets of paper she had written were proof of her belief. And that's just one of dozens of her delusions. Mental illness is a terrible thing and some high ability people can hide it very well.

I'm not sure if Jericho should be an example of the Arks power. The Ark tells them the plan is for them to make a bunch of really big shields and march around the city in the same direction for a bunch of days. The Arks real mystery here is that it sometimes talks to them. If you've ever done this in a round swimming pool, you'll know that it would create a whirl pool. So imagine a vortex of air being generated around a round city with sloping walls. That would be one hell of a big vortex of air generating a standing wave with a lot of energy at its peak. Kinda like an inverted tornado. They then blast horns, collapsing the wave causing the entire collumn of air to come crashing down right at the center of the city. Blam! The air pressure difference is like a bomb going off blasting out the walls of the city. Victory achieved.

3:18am: Watching old Why Files videos is the cause of my insomnia! I don't need sleep, just well written, interesting, knowledge, presented in a fun way! I wish all learning was this entertaining. (I love to learn new things, but they're rarely so easily learned. )

Great subject and so well done. You hit all the theories of the Ark and where it might be. A relic that powerful should never see the light of day again. To many idiots would try to use it on the masses. Better it stay hidden from the world. Keep up the great story telling and research...much respect. This is by far one of the best channels on TH-cam.

Episodes like this are what keep me looking for more. You do the research and bring everything together in one place, yet leave it to the viewer to decide. MORE THAN ONCE you have opened my eyes on one of your topics. Thank you for all your research and insight. You really do bring more depth to these topics.

This channel just keeps getting better and better. Thankfully I’ve been a subscriber for quite a while to see the improvements. Poor AJ, Hecklefish gets on your last nerve at times but it’s so funny to watch. It keeps the really serious bits lighthearted and in perspective. Keep up the great work. The Why Files is becoming my new MCU 😂 👍👍👍

Oak Island has shafts and tunnels but isn't riddled with them the way Malta is, which is where Templar have fled to, calling themselves Knights of Malta. These catacombs are so extensive that when people get lost down there, it has taken weeks to find the body.

I like the longer format. Congratulations on your 2 million subscribers!
For years, I've thought the Ark of the Covenant was in Ethiopia. Maybe I read that in a book by Graham Hancock. Maybe.
I kinda hope it's never found.
    Thanks for a great show!

Hi AJ and Hecklefish! I worked as a grip in Vancouver in the mid 90's and I worked on Leslie Nielsen's "Wrongfully Accused" for most of the movie both on 1st unit and 2nd unit. We were filming barrels with dummies in them rolling down a hillside. It was a slow day so there was a lot of chatting going on. I was talking to an older gentleman who was a pretty cool guy when he told me he was Chuck Waters and that he was a stunt man or co ordinator on Raiders of the Lost Ark, Apocalypse Now, Pirates of the Carribean, E.T., the Exorcist and many other movies. I was amazed that I was talking to a Hollywood legend! Leslie Nielsen was a fun guy and he always ate with the crew, which many actors don't do. You should do a video about John Hutchison and the "Hutchison Effect". He says he could induce anti gravity effect, turning metals into jelly, many other strange effects using tesla coils, Vandergraffe generators and surplus military radio equipment together in certain ways. He lived in a small apartment in Burnaby BC. Apprently there were complaints from surrounding businesses that iems were floating around. He also built a model of the Ark and achieved a plasma arc between the 2 cherubim. Weird science, International intrigue, and government interference. . What is real or fiction is anyone's guess, but It's quite a story, and worth looking into. Cheers!
