Think you need to rename this video "supervising our clients with Steve and Alex !"😉 Great news youve finally had the op Steve, wish you a speedy recover mate.
Steve just take your time, plenty of exercise as the surgeon orders, This coming from an ex Bricklayer, who has had both of my hips done, all the best to you and your youngin.
Happy New Year, and all the best for the 8th. Get well soon, and do everything the physios tell you to do. Looking forward to seeing you back in action, and skipping!!!
Nice Job Steve an Alex, always satisfying when them steels go in, you can relax a bit knowing it's safe. Good luck Steve hope you get through everything with no issues. You have suffered enough. Wishing you a happy and prosperous New Year. Time for Alex to put his dad's boots on. You must be very proud of him...
Another point on your operation, take it easy after. My dad had his hip done once and it dislocated, because he wasn't resting! The muscles need time to mend and pull the joint together. He was in excruciating pain and they couldn't operate to put it back for 24hrs because he'd had a single pint of beer! 😅 Best wishes with your recovery 😊
If that lad and a girl make videos like you do then I would watch them all the time. I love how much she is involved and how knowledgeable she is of the job.
Best wishes for the op. Hope it goes like my mums. Dad dropped her off at 8am and came back at 12. Found my mum standing by the bed, he was about to kick off at why they had not done the operation but she had the new hip in and was ready to go home.
Have a awesome new year Steve and Alex and family best wishes buddy,I really feel it for you Steve with your hip let’s hope this year it’s gets done for you,👍👍
Bit of graft getting those in. Only point I would raise is when doing beam calcs, the end restraints are designed on whether or not they are built in to prevent rotation. That last beam wouldn't satisfy that if it was meant to be built in. Maybe a steel angle between beam web and bolted into that open side of the brickwork. It may be ok, just an observation.
These two are the type of Cients every tradesman dreams of. And that Girl must surely be a Lancashire Lass, because she aint afeared of ard graft. As my late Grandad used to say. God rest him. ( for the trolls among you. Before you tell me about my spelling. It is supposed to be written in Lancs Dialect )
Been following you guys for a few years now, and now I find out out you’re an ex BMX’er 👌. I myself raced back in the early 80’s , what age group and who were your main rivals ? Hope all goes well with your op 👍
I was in the novice section. I won uk bmx novice under 15 national at 3 sisters in 83 . Tony Holland and Alan from Alan’s BMX shop were always practicing at 3 sisters 🧱👍🏽
@ hope it went well and they didn’t cancel you out at the last minute. Wish you a quick and speedy recovery. Don’t get spoiled with all the pampering that you’ll be getting but enjoy it. Cheers
Are there no Genie lifts available near you? We've not lifted a steel in decades after 'discovering' the wind up Genies, game changers... No stress and totally safe. All the best for the coming year :-)
Sterling job, there’s something satisfying about getting steels in, it’s an achievement. They show up all the places that are out of level🙇. It’s good to have help especially now your hip is hurting. Plenty of work there 😊🧱⚒️🪚👍
@ you will feel so much better in coming days, hardest bit is when they get you moving, there’s no strength I took two steps and was knackered..but you soon get back, took me about 3 months and I was pain free👍👍👍All the best mate🤞
Happy new year to you both. It’s a shame that you do time lapses on interesting jobs like fitting the steals. It’s a shame that you’ve done that perhaps this year not too many time lapses on interesting jobs.
Think you need to rename this video "supervising our clients with Steve and Alex !"😉
