I remember when Robert England played the role of Satan on an episode of Married with Children. It just seemed fitting for the guy known as Freddy to play the Devil.
I read online about a new Freddy movie, but Robert England won't be in it because he said he was done playing the character. I think it may not be received well by fans because it's another one without Robert.
Well, to be completely honest with you. Whenever there is a new elm street property whenever they do. Decide to pull the trigger and we see Freddy on the screen again I am one of those people that does believe somebody else can don the glove and so does robert england... If I could make a suggestion go watch dillons new nightmare. It's a fan film that came out back in August. It is basically a sequel to wes craven's new nightmare And a popular horror youtuber Dave McRae plays freddy And gives an incredible performance. There is somebody else out there that can do Justice to the character. It's just a matter of finding them and then not trying to copy Robert
I agree with elms street 1 and 3 being the best. Honestly I think they are both pretty equal just depends on which taste in Freddy you want to see. Practical effects and creative kills with fun Freddy I would go with elms 3 but if you want horror dark Freddy the original is your best option. I always prefer the dark gritty Freddy so I give the edge to the original but overall I think those two are about equal.
Damn right man. I just do tend to prefer the more gruesome frightening side of freddy. I really do appreciate your emphasis and passion. I can tell you read deep into these movies the way I do
@@live2fishrourke35 yea man love the horror genre especially the slasher genre. Always cool and interesting to see others ranking with these big slasher franchises.
@brazyfilmo3121 Absolutely. I have a whole entire collection of just random 80 slashers that have nothing to do with the bigger franchises. I love everything and that's awesome that you feel that way. There's a lot of jerk's out there. To get mad at each other because of how they feel. I'm a grown man and i'm out of that phase haha
@ihatefacebook31184 And that's the kind of Freddy I like. Yes, dream warriors might be my favorite sequel, but that's because i'm a sucker for Nancy But part two Freddy is just on another level

@@live2fishrourke35 Thank you for not ripping on part 2 as well it’s very underatted and one of my favourites the gay stuff never bothered me even though I a straight man and the film actually helped actor mark Patton come out for what he is and Freddy is actually scary in the film
@ashleyellis8875 Yes its Freddy that makes that movie he's still a freak of nature and had yet to turn into comedy Freddy I don't mind part 2 at all I honestly only really can't stand 5 and 6 haha...I'm a horror purist and tend to lean towards the originals of most franchises

It's Freddy at apex!!!! Best and most frightening Freddy ever looked!!!!
Freddy in part 2 was way more brutal and terrifying. Nothing comedic about this Freddy
