Hello Enes & Mikey. This is a great channel. I watch it and dream often about living in a house like those. Just a word of caution about the carry on case, in Europe some airlines do not allow that case on the airline as it has the lithium iron batteries which are considered dangerous. If you have proved that you have removed the battery from the case, it will be allowed. This to me defeats the object of having it....

If you compare what you are getting for $40 mil with either the Park city house, hollywood hills or this Turks and Caicos house. Its not even a debate that this house is phenomenal, beach front and all the amenities of the other houses. If im ever rich enough, this is the first house i would buy and never leave

Won't they be destroyed? We have seen outdoor sofas in many your videos. If those outdoor sofas get wet, do homeowners replace them with new ones?

A huge price tag, but you'll get so much for your money. It feels like time does not exist on that property. No stress. No anxieties. No fears. No pain.
It feels so tranquilizing for the soul. I like it that they have a high level of craftsmanship, but not in a poshy show off style. It looks like a place you don't want to leave once you're there.
There are mansions in Beverly Hills for this money and more, but the neighbor lives just a few feet away and can read your newspaper from the balcony.
People say "Money can't buy you happiness", but you could buy this and it would be a really hard task NOT to be happy there.

So much time, effort, and love went into building this paradise. While sprawling in nature, it is not overbearing or pretentious. The color palette blends beautifully with the surroundings. The outdoor showers are amazing. The double slipper tubs look so inviting. The pools and decking are seamlessly blended with the property. I love how the indoor space is allocated. The kitchens are perfectly suited to the lighter island cuisine preparations. The common spaces are large, light, and airy, while also remaining cozy. And the Pièce de résistance is the gorgeous white sand beaches with jewel toned waters. Overall a 10/10 tour and another destination added to my bucket list. 😊🌸

I love everything about this property it’s gorgeous. Nothing about it is overdone the decor is beautiful. Definitely one of my favorites.
Another incredible tour. This place is stunning, the grounds and proximity to the water are amazing. You forgot to mention there are no property, income or capital gains taxes in Turks and Caicos though which is another huge incentive over LA

I think it's one of the most fantastic places you've presented so far. They certainly aren't like the gorgeous Los Angeles mansions that have another level of sophistication. But Bruce Willis is for me one of the best actors...This Resort is Fantastic, a phenomenon and this actor is also a great visionary in his investments. Beautiful property, scenery, outdoors, indoors, everything...But half way through watching this a question popped up in my head "I wonder how much power, internet, phone and cable cost there?" I presume the prices will be on a high end of the spectrum, right? I mean it is very likely you'd need satellite TV, Phone and Internet there. Unlimited broadband will be expensive probably. :") Do you know?
This mansion is one of a kind lavish slice of paradise. The monumental structure still seems to have an intimate calming vibe. The landscaping and the pool is a sumptuous splash of grand. All spaces are favorites...it's simply a dreamy place to relax and reflect on the beauty of nature, thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a marvelous tour of abundant glee!
Island life moves at such a slower pace. No worries, just abundant sunshine and endless ocean. You wait. Coming back to the city will be like a culture shock!

We have amazing beachside properties here in Australia, but this one is gorgeous 😍 Love the pools, decking and the huge walk-in showers in each bedroom suite. P.S. Please spend a bit more time showing the kitchens and bathrooms of the properties you tour. They're so important to a home, no matter where it is or how much it's worth.

What comes to mind when viewing this; when I was a little girl , my mom would love watching these shows with tours of the most magnificent homes. Homes that had over 9 and plus bedrooms with 12 and more bathrooms. I would watch with her and ask; " Mom, who needs all those bathrooms? That is just too much to clean."🤣🤣🤣🤣
Her response was obvious to me NOW. She would say," You wouldn't HAVE to clean a thing if you had the money for a home like this."

Great tour. It would be worthwhile to see some of the infrastructure and utility service areas, not just the glamorous stuff. An estate this large and complex must have a lot of systems running behind the scenes, which would be interesting as well
Sure, that would be great but it is not going to happen. With these kind of places you are of course selling a property but the experience is also an important aspect. Showing these items will detract from it. And if you are not careful you will show things that you do not want to show (maybe some services are missing that people need/want and then it instantly becomes a no-buy)
