Oh man these amps are great. When going in to only one of the channels you can engage the unused volume knob to load the channel you’re in. That cleans the sound up and gives the amp a different sound. Very useful
sounds great, i built 2 of these cos the originals are so expensive ahah , the cathodyne when pushed to the max sounds like it's falling apart but that's Neil Young sound 🤟🏻

This first guitar sounds great and a bit like the sound of Joe Walsh of The Eagles. The second Les Paul guitar sounds like the music of Billy Thorpe. Don’t ever tell your boss of the settings of your amp because it means they are planning to sack you and hire someone else to replace you.

Neil young utilises all the variations, with his remote knob-moving "whizzer" device which sits atop his deluxe.

that's pretty much what's happening from 8:01 till the end, no? blocking distortion.. sounds like a built in fuzz pedal
@@sloppy_hand yeh exactly , you can limit that a bit with some resistors or different caps , mine just does it a little bit
