This is what an aupair should NOT do! Here she is doing the job of a maid and also the job of a nanny, and almost the job of a Mother. Exactly what an aupair should not do.

I thought being an au pair u only care for the kids, prepare food for them, help with homeworks, and take them to school...I never thought it also includes cleaning the house and doing laundry

Honestly i'm not really sure haha. The baby has just never had a schedule and he sleeps very bad at night, so they have just ended up with the baby sleeping from 2am-11am with feedings in between. I made some recommendations for helping him fall asleep- and fall asleep earlier- but they stick to their own way:P

Hey there. I came across your video on why you left. Decided to watch more after hearing your story. What agency did you go through? I was an au pair in America between 2011 to 2013 and I don't know what the rules are for Europe but I'm sure there are regulations that you work a certain amount of hours maximum? If you go over those the family has to remunerate you for overtime. I do also get your host mom is ill, but sounds like you were taken really for granted. Cos you're doing so much more that doesn't even involve what an au pair should do. I'm sorry if I sound intense but you're human too and I feel like you weren't respected either. I mean not getting enough to eat or sleep? That's so imhumane. You're supposed to be the baby's au pair but ended up being her caretaker. I'm glad you got away though. You seem like such a wonderful girl though to have done that all for them. Still they weren't good to you at all

I no longer work as an aupair.. I did also end up leaving this host family as I became sick and found a much healthier experience in another part of Spain:)

How many hours do / did you work ?! It seems a lot to me ....
I was an au pair in Seville ,Spain and I only worked 5 hours. One in the morning (bringing the kid to a type of preschool thingy) , then one hour of ironing and washing cloth. And then I was free until 5 pm, I picked the kid up from school and we played in the park for 1,5 hours, after that we had dinner and he went to bed at around 9 😅 but I didn't have to bring him into bed, I was free around 8 pm.

Well everyday would be a little bit different, butI would wake up and wait until I hear the baby wake up (usually around 11) from then I would do any necessary tasks before my host mom brought him out of their room. He still co-sleeps. He doesn't attend a preschool so I would play with him from morning until lunch (around 2:30) and then put him down for his nap. During his nap I would clean up the kitchen, do any ironing or hanging clothes if there were some. And then once a week I cleaned the bathroom fully, my room, or dusted and tidied the living room. If the garbage needed taking out I would do that as well. I would usually relax in my room an hour and then the baby would be up. So my host mom and I would both play with him and practice english songs, or she would clean a part of the flat and the baby would play with me. It was always a changing schedule haha. But yeah, then dinner for the baby, a bottle, and bed at 1:30am.

The first thing , you were a slávě not an au pair ..
And also , the kids would ALWAYS Eat super slowly or just small amount of food When THEY WATCH a tv/ipad/phone ..
And the problem is that ur host mom is treating this baby As a newborn ( 2 yo still on bottles etc etc ..)
I know its not your fault, i was an aupair too And this always makes me super angry haha ..
I watched ur other videos before so i already know why you left And its terrible what she made you do And than get angry for you having 2 bananas. 🙃
I just wish u stood up for yourself More , cuz is you dont , those people ll never change And They just create More And More unpleasant stituations/space for another au pair :/
I was in similar situation so i know how bad u must felt :/

What does the mother do for work that she needs you? I don't really get that. Cause she is around the house?

She actually doesn't work. She has a spinal nerve disease which the government sees as a disability- enough for her to have a paid Pension and some special benefits, along with being un employed. I was there to "help" with her one son, but also I was really there as a friend for her. So it was a little bit of a different/odd situation.

Parents these days want kids but doesn't want the responsibility of actually taking care of the kids....... it's almost as if the kids are more like an 'accessory' to them or something. I dunno, I guess they are just cheating themselves in the end. But anyway, damn they got you doing everything there unless you're just making yourself out to do all those chores on camera just to look good for us but in reality most of your days are spent swingin' in a hammock sippin' a Mai Thai while daydreaming of your next big vacation adventure.
