One of the many projects id like to see Magic Mountain update is Roaring Rapids. Upgrade the whole ride and give it a good themeing similar to Calico River Rapids at Knotts with at leat two darkened tunnels and several spillover waterfalls that gets you soaked.
Great review love magic mountain since I was a kid in the 70s . My issue is I live in nyc since 84 and all coasters are never open at the Sametime one is always closed for repair . Cedar point has there's up I the summer time. Magic mountain needs a giga and I don't think they will and with energylandia expected to pass them in total coasters in years to come they have to do something
Thanks so much. That's awesome you got to enjoy the park growing up. Hopefully rides stay open a little more frequent but I'm sure it's tough being a year round park. Nonetheless, it would be nice to have everything open consistently during the summer.
@woodskevinm when they opened it was always unlimited riding and Disney and Knotts you had to pay to get on ride magic mountain changed the policy of 2 parks . Wish I kept E tickets as a souvenir
@woodskevinm and a little coaster history the first coaster to go upside down was at Knotts berry farm the corkscrew came out in 75 and we went and waited a hour in line the next year revolution came out first to do a 360 loop and years later corkscrew moved and Montezuma revenge came in .

Awesome footage! I cant wait to make it out to that park one day
Thanks! Hopefully you can soon or when they get their 21st roller coaster!
Great walk through!
Thanks so much 😊
YES
What did you mean by the chain hanging on X2? Did it look like a new one, or was it the old one?
The old chain was in pieces between X2 and Viper. I think they're still waiting on the new chain but it was hard to tell from Viper's lift hill.
@@woodskevinm gotcha. Thank you for clarifying! 😎
I enjoyed the video!
@@guerrerowarrior1 you're welcome! Glad to enjoyed it. I appreciate the support
5:38 luckily, I went to the forward lane last 2 years. But, I do remember the time I first went to Superman the escape from the past.
It's been a while. Hopefully they switch between the two directions more often
@@woodskevinm that’s all right. I like the fact that you can choose whatever you want to go forwards or backwards from the same ride.

@@RR-fg2rl it's definitely fun having lots of roller coaster history in socal!
Worked here as a kid. MM use to be the best . Amazing concerts. Dancing at night. Zero gangsters. Now it's a ghetto carnival.
Were you there yesterday 3/1? I think I saw you😂😂😂
Yeah, I was there yesterday. We'll have to catch a ride together next time.
Awesome just subscribed
Thanks so much for subscribing! Hope you enjoy my future content.
@@woodskevinm for sure
Six Fkags this better be a giga if not wow 🙏😞
That might be hard to fit in the space but it would definitely be unique if so
Yes the area is not as big so it might not be a giga.
What day was this?
Friday, March 1st. Just last Friday.
Wow. And Superman was open?
@@CSChannels yes, it's open again.
To bad they didn't do anything where the deja vu location was at they have alote of space
Very true.I think that will remain the haunt maze for a while
