    The way you release a shot put can make or break your throw. Releasing the shot can be a little tricky for beginner or inexperienced glide shot putters especially those in junior high school (middle school) or high school. This is how you release a shot and two of my favorite drills to teach the release and condition and train the fingers to do it properly.

    One question sir, I should start practise with 2kg,4kg 6kg then 7.26 kg or start directly with 16lbs

    I get a lot of pain in my right foot at the base of my big toe and second toe when I throw rotational shot. I am right handed. It has to be during the landing of the right foot. I have noticed this for a few years now. It almost feels like a sprain. Am I doing something wrong?
