      Please focus on health and nutrition of baby , eat all vegetables, dal, roti, rice , normal staple food along with lots of fruits! Avoid processed and junk .. you will maintain your weight that you gained in your pregnancy! Once lactation period is done , you can do any diet to lose those extra pounds ! Please don't diet during lactation, motherhood is wonderful and all mothers are beautiful.
