    Cut/Avoid boiled/cooked food by 60-70%
    Eat natural food without cooking like nuts
    Include groundnuts sprouts
    Anjeeras almonds cashews pistas (soaked in water ) in breakfast and dinner along with fruits (poppaya, apple pineapples etc)
    Eat boiled food only for lunch
    Sleep early at least 8 hrs recharges your body
    Don't sleep immediately after dinner
    Early dinner for sound sleep
