Honestly, make the videos you enjoy. Personally I'm here for the conversation. Obviously my half is only in my head 😅 but I enjoy your stories and your laugh and "talk amongst yourselves" so much. I'd listen to you wash dishes as long as you talked the whole time!!
Ditto! The only reason I haven't been watching your Margarete Miller Collage Challenges is because I'm also doing the challenge and find watching yours first influences my own process too much. Definitely appreciate that "influence" when making junk journal ephemera however.
I made an accordion book for each of my siblings (4) and 1 for me; dedicated to our Mother who passed away 4 years ago. I gave it to them when we gathered together on Mother's Day. It was full of pictures of her. I made journal tags from scanned copies of her handwritten notepad of her favorite quotes. I also included some of her favorite handwritten recipes in some of the pockets. I will be making many, many more of these incredibly versatile booklets. Thank you Gayle!!!
Please don't stop doing the Margret Miller collage every week. I look forward to watching it and I am following along. I love to see what you do. It gives me ideas for my own collage and I am learning a lot by watching you.
I like watching you do the Margarete Miller collage challenge. I must add that I watch all your videos regardless of content, because there is always something to learn or refresh my memory on.
Gayle, I enjoy your chatter so much! Had to chuckle when you were talking about your doctor. My GP, whom I love, is a few years younger than me - I've told him numerous times that he cannot retire until I'm dead. And about your chassis falling apart - since 2015, I've had 2 knee replacements, 2 shoulder replacements, and 2 new corneas. I figure I better get things replaced while we can still get parts for this model!
I don't always watch the M&M challenge, but I wouldn't want to take that away from others. And I always learn from you when I do watch them. I have enjoyed making these accordion food booklets. Love the way you finished yours.
I usually just watch and don't comment but I wanted to let you I really enjoy the Margarete Miller videos I watch you, Ceri and Crafty Cat all do them and it's great seeing the different ways all of you do the challenge it helps with my own collages to get ideas.
I enjoy the Marg. Miller videos - I like the seeing the spontaneous creativity that results from being given items you might not think of putting together. You always have time afterward to do do your "regular" crafting. I think it's a good mix.
I watch all of your videos, even when I’m mostly listening as I cut and glue. I enjoy your company, and always see something I’d like to try. Even tho I must have jumped a line on the scoring board somewhere along the way while making my first accordion booklet, I covered the spine with lace on Miss Wonky 😆 and will soldier on. 👍 Next I shall mangle a 12 x 12 paper learning to make one of those quad fold booklets. It’s all fun, and I learn from my mistakes as I go. 😄
Hi Gayle...As a long time subscriber and viewer I love every video you put out. I even watched your daily check ins when you were on retreat and I knew you were away. Just wanted to hear your voice. I enjoy the Margarite Miller challenges, but any content you are able to put out is just fine by me, thank you!
“You do you.” -T.H. I watch your MM challenge content for inspiration. I do the challenge and you make the challenge enjoyable. You usually finish the challenge with time to work on other projects...bonus.😊
I love the Miller challenge. Your compositions are very helpful for me. Please don’t stop doing them. I bought the book and love the challenge of the collage.
I love to see you working through the challenges. I also love that you are actually working through your projects instead of just showing what you have done.❤️
I enjoy the collage challenge and watching the process. It's fun to see how you do it and also watch other crafter's processes for the same prompts! I hope you keep filming them.
I don't comment very often ,but I never miss a video . I love everything you do and I'm very new to this art ,so I learn something from every video you do. Even repetitive things as my memory is terrible and it help me to keep it in my brain lol. I find when collage it really relaxes me at the end of my day 😊 keep doing what you enjoy I will watch every time anyway ♥️ -Sandie
While I would watch you read the phone book, truthfully I fast forward through the MM challenge and would rather watch you do something different. I can't tell you why because I watch whole videos of you collaging, so I don't know whether it's the repetition of it or what. The first few held my interest and then I was done. The tag challenges however keep my interest. I figured if you asked you wanted an honest answer, so there it is!
I like watching you do the MM challenge, I watch others also they all inspire and helps me for doing my own...I watch you everyday no matter what you are doing.
Here it is two years later, and I am loving your 2023 MM collage challenge videos and learning so much from them! It's such an encouragement to me, to see you so relaxed and fearless and having fun as these collages just seem to float together for you. I've only done the first 8 so far; you're my inspiration not just to keep going but to have fun with it too!
The Fabri Tac (3 in 1 glue, Fabri Fix are pretty much the same) and are solvent based and good for gluing things like wood, plastic, metal to paper. Rubber cement and airplane glue (gluing balsam wood airplane crafts) are also solvent based, just take a sniff- fumes! Water based glues are not so good for large surfaces because the paper can wrinkle because it swells from getting wet. Sometimes it depends on the thickness of the paper or if it has a surface treatment such as printed inks, coatings, or paints whether wrinkling will occur. Like Gayle says, “test them!” In journal making there’s usually scraps of the papers to test on. For ultimate bonding I use E3600 glue which is like the big daddy of FabriTac.🦌💌❤️📚🙏🇨🇦
E6000 has not been friendly to me. I used it on a project but then didn’t use for a long time and it turned brown. I would use it more for light wood DIY’s and buy small containers.
I use E6000 more in mixed media for adding heavy or dimensional piece like metal, wood, plastics. Just always make sure I'm well ventilated as those fumes... good golly🤪
I can take or leave the MM challenge. I guess I prefer something else that I can relate to and make for myself. BUT, that said it is interesting to see how you interpret the themes and how you decide to put it all together. You have a knack for making it look effortless and that is something I aspire to be able to do as well.
The only reason I have not been watching the Margarete Miller collage videos is that I’m behind on mine and I don’t like to be influenced by other artists before I create mine. Love you, Gayle!
Hi Gayle. Glad you got a doctor’s appointment for your wrist. There are lots of solutions. I get steroid shots in my hands and the relief can last for years. I hope you get some relief for your pain. Your journaling cards today are adorable. Oh, I use Art Glitter glue for everything. It does not warp the paper and seems to hold everything, even lace etc. The MM challenges are similar to each other so maybe that is why it isn’t quite as much fun to watch as making a journal or ephemera.
Since I've been doing the MM challenge I always enjoy watching you and Amy on Crafty Cat doing the collages. You usually have time for working on other things too, please continue ❣️
I love to watch the margarete Miller challenge they get the creative Vibe going on things that you wouldn't actually think about to put in a journal or to put together I like those videos myself
I love watching you make the Margarete Miller collages! I make mine every week and it's so much fun watching you and Ceri Griffiths and Crafty Cat USA make yours. Please continue with them! By the way, the accordion booklets are genius! You've decorated them beautifully.💜
While there are several people filming the Margaret Miller weekly collage, you help make it relatable to me. And truthfully, all your videos make me feel like we are all in the same room together working on our projects. So, please don't stop. Love your videos. And yes, I yell at the TV sometimes when you get stuck. 😆
Hi Gayle, I’ve noticed the same about the Margarete Miller videos and I’ve found that there are some of my subscribers who only watch my collage videos whilst others watch everything. But......people do enjoy hearing my thought process as I create collage pieces. If I’m going to do the collage planner I might as well put the camera in anyway.
Morning Gayle, just love the little accordian booklets, they are super cute and the covers, well, love the fabric you put on them. PLEASE don't stop doing the Margarete Miller collage challenge, you have inspired me to do it too. although I am behind. Mine never look quite as good as yours though, and completely different as we don't always have the same pictures. Love watching you and hearing your laugh, you have become a very dear and much visited friend, love having coffee with you every morning. Hope you have a wonderful day, sending many Blessings and hugs from Cape Town. Diana.
Thank you for showing how to finish up the accordion books. I was able to go back and find the instructions to make one, and can now add more to my book. Your videos are all such fun. I also enjoy the MM challenges and since finding your channel, downloaded the challenges to complete. They are a great exercise in creativity.
Beautiful crafting today as always! Love watching you do the MM challenge, it helps me when I collage, how to incorporate different papers together. 👍🌸🌸🌸
Hi, Gayle - I wouldn't normally comment about what a youtube artist puts out because I feel that you should create what YOU want to create. I watch almost every video you create. I do like seeing the completed MM collage project but I don't typically watch the process. I usually fast forward to see finished project and whatever you work on AFTER the MM challenge. I'm sure others really enjoy the MM Challenge and I would not want my lack of interest in that part take away from what they enjoy seeing - I'm happy to fast forward! Thanks for all you do for the junk journaling community and keep being your wonderful self!
I agree with everyone below who commented, I really like the Margarete Miller videos and look forward to it every week. I love the accordian folders and plan to try these soon. I enjoy watching whatever you decide to make,
Good morning Gayle 🌷running behind in my viewing🙁just knowing you are there is a comfort and you are there when I go to TH-cam for a dose of inspiration....made the accordion style card with Timmy paper and people for a folio for my grandsons graduation from college to store his cards in....announcement for the cover...❤️ and hugs from Minnesota 🌷
Man, I just love your accordion booklets! They are really wonderful! My opinion on the MM weekly challenge is (instead of not filming any) maybe only film one per month but show us the other three finished collages. Then use the other three filming days that would have been MM videos to show us some of your other projects waiting in the wings. Either way you go will be fine with me as I love everything you do.❤️
Oh noooooooooo! Don’t stop the Margret Miller Collage! I don’t think I could guide myself through without you holding the lantern, Gayle.....oh no, hear my plea😥
I personally love the Margarete Miller collage. Love to see what you do. So glad you got an appointment for your wrist. I got both of mine injected with steroids 2 weeks ago and mine feel great now. I will admit the first night I was in horrible pain and thought I made a huge mistake but they are great now. I have had an injection in my shoulder and have been pain free for 3 years. Lovely work as always. Hugs, Amy❤️
Good morning my junk journaling buddy. I enjoy the process. I like listening to your reasoning as to why you place items and choose items. I enjoy just listening to your candor it's pleasant and carefree. I like that you are so informative in such a casual way. You have a way of being inviting to a newbie. It's all good girlfriend. You do a good job in providing useful information. Have a good day ☺️
To be honest, I just checked, I have not watched a lot of the MM videos but the ones I have I thoroughly enjoyed. In support of you, I will be a better viewer and pay more attention to them. You enjoy doing them, you have the supples ready, and it’s a go. I could be working on a master board and collage along with you❣️🤗💕🦋
I love watching the Marguerite Miller things! I watch you, Crafty Cat and Rachel. It's always interesting to see how each of you approach each challenge. They are usually very different and I like them all. My vote is to keep doing it on camera.
Why do I talk back to you during these videos when you ask something 😂 😂 I hope you will continue with the MM collages. I really enjoy watching how you interpret the prompts and how you decide where to put the items. I watch all your videos though so I may be a bit bias 😂
Good morning Gayle!! Anything you do on camera I enjoy watching!! You have taught me so much over the years, and I love spending my morning with you having coffee! 🤗 When I collage, I always say to myself "how would Gayle do this"....😄 You are such an inspiration to so many, and you make it look so easy, gives me the confidence to try new things!! 💜
I really enjoy the MM challenge. I watch your channel and several others just to watch and see what is created. Plus you have the added bonus of something else crafted for the last half of your video. I generally watch all of your videos but do not comment.
These are very nice, and I love how you’re showing the different things we can do with them. I love watching the Margaret’s Miller challenges, but that could be because I’m also doing it. I could watch you and Rachel collage all day…lol.
I watch every video you do & enjoy every one...the MM Collage is no exception!! Please continue to film it weekly...your creative PROCESS would be lost w/ just a show & tell!! ❤❤❤ LOVE these accordion flip booklets!!
I like the process of the Margret Miller collage and you usually add to the end too! I sometimes get way behind in my video watching so I will pick and choose, but I eventually watch them.
I don't usually watch the Margaret Miller videos because I think that the fun of the prompts is my own personal response to them. Because I am behind of course, I want to look at the prompts with fresh eyes and not be influenced by someone else. Having said that, once I catch up, I think I would enjoy going back and watching to see how you approached each week's challenge. I enjoy your videos so much - it's like working with a friend in the craft room.
So glad to hear that you have an appointment for the doctors I am currently receiving 8 weeks physio for my shoulder so I understand your pain. I have to finish my concertina books so this has spurred me on and they look fab. Thank you Gayle xx
I just purchased the digital of Margaret Miller. I liked what you did! I haven't even printed them off yet. So count me in on wanting to see. I plan on doing a huge catch up and then craft along. I always tell you things like, no not there, or please don't cover that up, or not the bird's tail again. I think it's so fun. My husband will chime in and say, she listened to you. Your so much fun, Gayle. If you like doing it, please keep doing what you do. Willa from Kanas
I enjoy the process, how you decide what your going to use and such. So I guess that means , yes keep doing them in your video....lol I definitely want to see the finished collages!!! (If I get out voted lol) love how these projects turned out, soooo cufe!!!
These little accordion pockets are so cute! I love the MM challenges. I watch several of you ladies that are doing this. I would hate to see it go. Hugs...
Good afternoon from Seattle. On my way to Bozeman! Left Tennessee this morning. First time was able to watch your video. Have to have my Gayle fix like everyone else.blessings💕
Hi Gayle, just on the topic of glue, I used a dental brush/pick to clear a terrible clog in my Art Glitter Glue tip. I am so excited about my success that I wanted to share. ha ha I love your videos, thanks for all the time you spend sharing your creativity and talent.
Loved these little accordion booklets when you first made them. So happy you revisited and finished them. Now I'll go find your original vid and see if I can make one. Watched ShabbyDabby make your little 12x page horizontal folio with center pocket this morning and fired off 3 of them. Really turned out cute -- if you look beyond my upside down patterns! LOL! Hope you get good news on your hand, Gayle!
And for what it's worth, I LOVE watching your Margarete Miller Challenges! Please don't stop! Okay by me if you sew, stitch or paint off camera (no offense), but I love to watch you glue! LOL!
I want to thank you so much for the accordion idea! They go together quick and easy and I’m using them for Racks, flow journals and even as a “card.” ( congratulations on our new business and also a sympathy card with memories for a friends mom🥰) and ps I did go listen to others but just enjoy you so much! Even while I had Covid I took naps to you😁
I like watching the MM challenge. I purchased the book after you did but haven't even started mine. Much like you, even though it's marked 2021 I wont use it as a planner so I will start it when I have the time but I enjoy watching what you do with each week. I think by the time I start doing mine, I wont be influenced by your project because there will be enough time that I wont remember exactly what you did each week. BUT, please let me say that I really do miss Mixed Media Monday. I LOVE those videos. I learn so much from them that help me in general. Things to apply to my paper crafting and journal journey.
Honestly, make the videos you enjoy. Personally I'm here for the conversation. Obviously my half is only in my head 😅 but I enjoy your stories and your laugh and "talk amongst yourselves" so much. I'd listen to you wash dishes as long as you talked the whole time!!
LOL
Ditto! The only reason I haven't been watching your Margarete Miller Collage Challenges is because I'm also doing the challenge and find watching yours first influences my own process too much. Definitely appreciate that "influence" when making junk journal ephemera however.
Everytime you say talk amongst yourselfs it makes me smile 😊
Me too Linda.
What a beautiful idea. 🌺
I like watching the MM challenge. It gives me ideas.
I made the accordion booklets as a card for a bridal shower. I used stamperia paper. It was a hit. It was the only card that was passed around ❤️
I’ve been using them as cards too! They are quick and easy and fun!
Myself, I enjoy watching the Margarete Miller videos and your process!
I love crafting with you. You make me laugh. Your laughter is infection and you’re just fun. ☺️
I don't always watch the M&M challenge, but I wouldn't want to take that away from others. And I always learn from you when I do watch them. I have enjoyed making these accordion food booklets. Love the way you finished yours.
I love the collage challenge, I’m doing it. I watch several others that do also. Please continue. 💕
I enjoy watching you do the MM challenge so please don't stop filming them. I watch every video you do. The inspiration gathered is amazing.
I usually just watch and don't comment but I wanted to let you I really enjoy the Margarete Miller videos I watch you, Ceri and Crafty Cat all do them and it's great seeing the different ways all of you do the challenge it helps with my own collages to get ideas.

I watch all of your videos no matter what! I don’t want to miss any of your art or stories!
🥰🥰🥰
I love all the things you do. But I will admit that those are the only videos I skip sometimes. But if YOU like them then you should keep doing them!
I watch all of your videos, even when I’m mostly listening as I cut and glue. I enjoy your company, and always see something I’d like to try.
I enjoy watching the MM collage videos. I like to see how you address items that are pre-selected that you have to figure it out how to co-ordinate.
I love to see you working through the challenges. I also love that you are actually working through your projects instead of just showing what you have done.❤️
Love watching the Margaret Miller Collage every week. Please keep doing everything that you do❤️
I enjoy the collage challenge and watching the process. It's fun to see how you do it and also watch other crafter's processes for the same prompts! I hope you keep filming them.

Anything that u create is great, I learn so much from little tricks that u have- love your organization skills also..

I’m way behind too, but as my memory is so bad....
Nice that Gayle announces what each video is ahead of time. Gives the individual choice ☺️
I love watching the Magarete Miller collage project. Please keep doing it.

I like your originals. I prefer to watch your original work rather than digitals and challenges.
I love to watch the margarete Miller challenge they get the creative Vibe going on things that you wouldn't actually think about to put in a journal or to put together I like those videos myself
I like watching you do the Margarite Miller things. I find it interesting how you decide what to use for the suggestions on the list.
I love watching you do the Margaret’s Miller challenge, please don’t stop.
The Margarete Miller challenge videos are my favorites! Please don’t stop doing them!
I like the Margarit Miller collage videos. You generally do other things after but whatever you need to do works.

I enjoy the MM collage videos. Any time you do collage, I love watching and sometimes I work along with you.
Yes, I really enjoyed creating these little booklets Gayle! Love filling them up with goodies!

I love all of your videos Gayle. Do what makes you happy!
I enjoy watching you do the Margaret’s Miller collages.

You have taught me so much over the years, and I love spending my morning with you having coffee! 🤗 When I collage, I always say to myself "how would Gayle do this"....😄 You are such an inspiration to so many, and you make it look so easy, gives me the confidence to try new things!! 💜
Thank you so much, my friend! ❤️
I love the collage challenge videos! it's cool to see you get pushed to mix it up, and collage is my favorite
I enjoy the Margret Miller collage videos! Please don't stop doing them!
I really enjoy the MM challenge. I watch your channel and several others just to watch and see what is created. Plus you have the added bonus of something else crafted for the last half of your video. I generally watch all of your videos but do not comment.
Yes to the MM Challenge. You are the reason I'm doing it!
I enjoy watching the collage videos - always think there is something I can learn from watching others - Hugs.
These are very nice, and I love how you’re showing the different things we can do with them. I love watching the Margaret’s Miller challenges, but that could be because I’m also doing it. I could watch you and Rachel collage all day…lol.
I enjoy watching you work on the M Miller challenge. Your videos are my happy place. 🤗
Love the little books and the decorating.
I always watch the Margarete Miller videos, it give me inspiration for my own. I'm still not very experienced at collages.
I enjoy the process, how you decide what your going to use and such. So I guess that means , yes keep doing them in your video....lol I definitely want to see the finished collages!!! (If I get out voted lol) love how these projects turned out, soooo cufe!!!
I love watching you collage!
I would love to see some different content other than the Margaret Miller collage. 😁💜
Hi Gayle!! Love these accordion booklets and how you've finished these ones today!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
I enjoy all of your videos! Including the Marguerite Miller challenge! I like seeing your compositions for each week! 🌸💞
Loved watching this video. I'm new to journaling and have only recently discovered your videos. The info about glues was very useful. Thankyou
Hi Gayle, just on the topic of glue, I used a dental brush/pick to clear a terrible clog in my Art Glitter Glue tip. I am so excited about my success that I wanted to share. ha ha I love your videos, thanks for all the time you spend sharing your creativity and talent.
I like the MM collage videos. I’m doing it too and like to see what others create. It’s fun to see all the different creations!
I really enjoyed watching you make these in both videos. They are lovely.
Good luck with your hand. Vicki
These are simply gorgeous and magnificent. Thanks for sharing this with us. 🌟💓🌞👍🦋❤👏
I watch your Margarete Miller collages and enjoy them. I'd miss them if you stopped. Good luck with your hand to!
Hi Gayle, I like the Margarete Miller challenge because it helps me with my overthinking when I collage. And you make such pretty collages! 🙌💕
Hi Gayle !
I enjoy watching all your videos.
I hope your having a fabulous day x
Love the new circle ⭕️ cutting! I might be able to cut one now! 😂. 🤗💕🦋
I love this process of making an accordion book.the covers are awesome. Hope you get good results with your wrist. Thanks for sharing 😍
