For the people who don't know what this is about, its about Taylor Swift. In mid-2010 Taylor realised the album Speak Now and on the album was a song called "Dear John". It had a lyric known as "You paint me a blue sky and go back and turn it to rain", which John refers to in this song. And, "Your like 22 girls in one" is referring to her hit single 22. This is a comeback-song to Taylors song "Dear John" Hope I helped the clueless people out there. :)

If she behaved like that while they were together, I'm not surprised he left. Her releasing that song told me everything I needed to know about her as a person. John Mayer would never have written a song called Dear Taylor. Immaturity at it's highest form.

I love Taylor (a lot) and I also love this song. Both dear john and paper doll are very honest and show a different perspective on their relationship, and neither of them have done anything wrong by writing about a situation that hurt them. They've turned a negative into a positive by creating such beautiful songs, and that should be praised and nothing about their relationship should matter at all. Just enjoy the music :)
