Biking around the Arkansas River in Little Rock starting from the Broadway Street Bridge on the south side then looping back around at the Clinton Presidential Bridge.

What time of the day was this done? Where is everyone? Is it always that stress free?

This was filmed around 8:30AM. I was only in Little Rock for the one day, so I'm not totally sure if this is typical of what to expect.

I ride the river trail quite often. The traffic load varies by the time of day and day of the week but overall safe with common situation awareness

Who are the buttheads leaving the scooters on the path? Overall, nice cycling path. I plan on riding it in the future.
