this is a really despicable story. I cannot fathom how a person could be so cruel just for money. Sickening and sad and it must be a terribly traumatic experience for the victims. It is doubly cruel to do this to grieving people.

I encourage everyone reading this to go on their Yelp page, write a review and inform the public. I just posted my review. They are still operating under “We Care Pet Cremations in Los Angeles” As a pet parent my heart broke to pieces when I watched this. What a vile disgusting scam company!! Even if it is true that the owner of said company had “medical issues”, that absolutely does not excuse why they still went ahead and took over $500 per deceased pet, never to return the ashes or give a refund, and they totally ghosted customers. These heartless people need to go out of business ASAP

I would be crying I lost my cats twins this year and paid close to $1000 dollars to have them aquamated in San Jose. They took really good care of my babies and they even set up a memorial service for them when I brought them in to be aquamated. My heart goes out to these pet parents. Compassionate pet parent's prefer to have their pet's pass at home and arrange private service afterwards. I paid for private cremation and the ashes I received were not of my cat but of what must have been a large dog. It's sickening what these monsters do to people that are grieving. The place that did it to me is Royal Pet Mortuary in Culver City!

@@warrioroflight3813 Arranging for your pets end of life at the vets office does not make anyone any less compassionate. How awful and snobbish of you to say that. And all your “private” service got you was a bag of random ashes.

Helping your pet pass on peacefully is a hard decision. There are all sorts of reasons people chose to have their pet pass at home and have their remains collected for cremation. Doing so at the vet is a perfectly acceptable choice but some pet parents know their pet associates the vet as something scary so they may not want that to be were they take them to pass. Some pets are terrified of the car for the same reason. There are some beliefs that the spirit stays were they died and some people just need to be at home after their pet passes because they know they won’t be ok immediately after. As long as the pet parent is doing what they can to make their pet and family comfortable with the passing, regardless of how it’s done, is the right decision.

Stewie’s mom here, we had a mobile vet come to the home to help him pass peacefully and painlessly via euthanasia. The crematorium business I used before who I trust was unavailable unexpectedly and we care was the only open option. Stewie was terrified of the vet and with all my fur kids if given the opportunity I choose to have a vet come to my home.

I think your fur baby is closer than you think. Luckily Stewy had already crossed his rainbow bridge and wasn’t aware of what was happening to his former body when in the possession of that horrible company’s disgusting heartless scam. The way it sounds like you took care of him, seems like you gave him the best and most comfort life he could have had. His memory will live on, but his love will always live within you guys ❤️❤️

This is precisely why two months ago when I had to put my cat to sleep after having him for 15 years, I had it done in my home and I buried him in my backyard. I feel terrible for all of these people who got scammed. I'm not going to lie, if they did this to me, it'd be very difficult for me to not get violent with this so-called "cremation" service. This makes me absolutely angry, so heartless! 😢

Stewie was a beautiful boy and he was obviously so well loved. Its an absolute shame that his remains were not respected, but I'm certain that all his spirit remembers is the wonderful love he was able to share during his life.
I wish peace for the hearts of Stewie's parents

Our little one passed away April 2024. We went to a company where you can request a private cremation and he will actually allow you to watch the whe whole process. We brought our little girl in and placed her on the table. The gentleman who owned the crematory took her paw print, got some fur clippings, and allowed us to say our goodbyes. Everything was done the same day. The whole process was only $250. We got her cremains, fur clippings, and a photo urn. My advice is to call around and ask the important questions. Do you have private cremations? Can we see our pet being placed in the cremation chamber? Questions of that nature. If they say they don't do private cremations where you can witness your pet being placed in the chamber or they don't allow anyone in the back, look elsewhere. You have no idea what's happening when your pet goes behind those closed doors. Some companies charge for that service. People should not have to pay to see their own pet placed in the cremation chamber. Just because they say they do private cremations doesn't mean they do. There are pet crematorium out there that do allow you to witness your pet being placed in the cremation chamber at no extra charge. It shouldn't take no more than 1 day to get your pets cremains back. Any longer than that, they're probably doing more cremations than they can handle, or they're backed up, and mistakes will eventually happen. Like I said, call around and ask questions. Don't just hand your pet over to any pet crematorium. To all those who got scammed by this company, my condolences, and I'm so sorry you had to go through that. They deserve so much better.

DO NOT LOOK UP THINGS ONLINE ALWAYS CALL THE VET FIRST THEY KNOW Where You can take Your Decreased Pet. You Get Your Pet Ashes At a Pet Funeral Service. Not a Best Buy Parking Lot.
