- (Filmed April 10th!!!) This reaction has 2 videos in it!!! I watched the wrong video the first time, but the correct video is right after that. Some highlights include: Clown Guy spitting, Sid being Sid, synchronized headbanging, The Undertaker scaring me by doing nothing more than existing, Pinocchio's bobbing nose, Phantom's mystery mask, Paul's karaoke moment, Joey's shower, Corey's profanity, and Pinhead doing whatever it is he does. :) This was probably the most fun I've ever had making a video, so I'm ready for another live one. Get voting. Love you guys! :)
As for the title, I see this video as Part 2 of the Spit It Out video I did, where Sid and Pinhead had very little screen time. Happy to report, this video showed them both some love.
AND I think I actually like this song now. lol Maybe I'll do a follow-up video...

Hey, Maggots! I've been waiting over a month to show you this! So some things I say might be outdated now. Namely that I don't like this song. It's not going on the Top 10 or anything, but after hearing it at least 30 times trying to make this video happen, I can honestly say I like it now. And I'm just as shocked as you are. :)
I own this video too (who doesn't?) 😊 I just love to see it back. It's been a while. Be sure you also get back to Opeth. The more you hear them the more you will love them too. Hessian Peel is the one you want to experience. I want to see your face melt halfway that song....

That London show was one of the best shows ever. I'd recommend watching the entire show. Insane energy between the crowd and band. Sound quality is on point. The showmanship is on point. They freaking made it snow! (Gently is that song) phenomenal show all around!

I actually think that their '01 Rochester and Milan shows may actually top the London show. Chicago could to, but I can only find the People = Shit in Chicago, which may be the greatest live performance of that song period.

Aye, I was at either Sonisphere or download (cant remember which) in 11 when til we die played after the set and they were all having pics with Pauls suit/mask and hugging it, I swear there was not a dry eye in the whole crowd

This is Slipknot at its finest. I've lost count of how many times I've watched this DVD back then.
my favorite members are Joey and Corey. i like Joey because of the energy he brought to the band, and how aggressive his drumming was despite his height. i like corey because of the screaming. there is just something about it its hard to explain.
Changes so beautiful from start to finish. This is a great song.
Disasterpiece is many things but beautiful is one of the last words I'd think of. Love that! :)

I've listened to a lot of Slipknot to a point that "Disasterpiece" is now my favourite Slipknot song along with snuff. Drumming is insane, manic corey, singing corey, all the corey, the guitar, absolutely love all of it. Also when he says "no no noo" at the end, makes it creepy. I like this early Slipknot, not caring about the mainstream audience and making what they want and not holding back.

That definitely is the two opposite sides of the band. Disasterpiece has been my favorite for a while, but I've always went back and forth between it and People=Shit as my favorite.

Pinhead is one of my favorites because, he's just so damn creepy. Hardly ever talks, stays to hisself a lot, and his masks is really neat.
Sid is my second favorite because, well, he's Sid! He has high energy, and just completely off the wall!
Another cool Slipfact. When Sid first joined the band, or was trying out, during a song he went crowd surfing in typical Sid fashion- anyway! As he was doing that, he was surfing back towards the stage, reached out and grabbed Clown by the head, ad started head-butting him repeatedly. Clown was like, "he just started head-butting like he was trying to kill me. And at the moment, I was like, this kid definitely has to be in our band."
"Your potential is zero" is what is written on Clown's drum. They (bandmates and crew) would write crazy stuff on each other's stuff before the show.
Also! If you were to watch this on the actual DVD, they have different camera angles for each band member.
The DVD has so many cool bits on it. Like an interview with Pinhead!
Phantom mask is sporting the lovely, and terrifying, creepy jester mask. Which he got from cutting the face off of a huge jester Halloween mask.

It seems like every reactor misses that sid actually jumps from top of the stage (2 meters up) right down to clown at the end where he clown and jim headbang together. (you can see clown standing with both his arms up trying to catch sid) just before he jumps
There's a cool/crazy video of sid in action crawling back to finish the set after breaking both heels! The cameras come in right after it happens. He's a beast!

I feel like at some point it's relevant to mention Sid's brain is permanently fried from taking 100 hits of LSD.

Its hard to pick a favorite slipknot mask when the masks have changed so much. Clown is still best, creepiest to me and clown seems unpredictable...i enjoy watching all of them though.
And i agree, the live videos are much better.

Try Child Of Burning Time by Slipknot. Its really good. I think you would like that one for sure as its softer but still keeps what makes Slipknot Metal.

Well I know I said Jim The Phantom Root is my favorite (but like you said Corey freaking Taylor!) and probably because of his mask and the one-on-one videos I’ve watched. Actually had a crazy dream that he was here in Butte, MT and I was wearing my Slipknot Hawaiian shirt. I recognized him and gave him the rock n’ roll horns, he loved my shirt and signed it. Then he asked if I knew anyone that plays guitar because he just wants to sit in a garage and jam. So I introduced the lead guitarist of the most famous metal band to a bunch of acoustic guitar players. Lol it was a crazy dream, but I told my buddy and he was like, how the hell did that work?! Lol idk... but I love the whole band except I’m disappointed that Pinocchio turned into a money hungry bum.

I dont know if somebody made it clear ( it seemd you hade some issues with coreys vocals here and there.... ), but slipknot have 3 singers corey is just 1 and main one. 2.nd would be clown and pinokio) At few points you thought coreys vocals where different, well because it wasnt him, but clown.
Corey is the main singer the others just do backup singing at live shows
