    There is nothing weaker and more vulnerable than a man who "falls in love".

    • @thisisbiso8770
      @thisisbiso8770 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Then you can call Jesus weak and vulnerable. He said not a word while he was being savagely beaten and whipped for his bride that he desperately loves and seeks and pursued and died for. He may not be in love with you but Jesus is in love with me and I’m in love with Him, sit at His feet, and let Him lead and guide me by His gentle, firm hand, the lover of my soul,

      You think Jesus is the wimp the post modern church portrays ?
      Jesus loves his wife and rules over her.
      He rebukes and chastens her if necessary Revelation 3.
      This over emphasis on love is just a subtle way of emasculating Christ and husbands so that the church and women take over.
      The post modern church is like a rebellious wife in bed with the humanistic /feminist world on its way to hell.
      Jesus does not "fall in love" . He loves with control.
      See the difference ?
      Of course if you listen to the lies of Evans , you can only believe what pats our destructive female pride in the back .
      Evans NEVER tells wives to submit to their husbands in everything. He even deceives us into thinking that they still have a right to our bodies.
      He is a liar of the worst kind who has turned marriage into some empy romantic shell when the BIBLE says that we get married in order to avoid fornication.
      It is so serious but the concern of the modern church is not to fight and keep sin away anymore.

      @@framboise595 I definitely agree with you when it comes to today's church. I am not sure everything else you have said about this speaker. In any case, I sit at the feet of Jesus and let Him guide me; He will never lead those who want to do His will astray. He will strengthen those whose heart is committed to Him. I have certainly been very blessed by pastor Evans' teachings and others various messages as my husband and I are standing strong in our marriage and seeking to deepen the "passion", "emotional connection" part of our marriage so that's why we are both specifically on this video and not any other video addressing other aspects of marriage. And we have been tremendously blessed by it, already seeing some positive changes. We have been through winds and storms, through job losses, pregnancy losses, infertility, extensively supporting extended family members, opening our home to several families over the years, sacrificing privacy, finances and so many things. We have grown very strong as a unit, but have neglected the "keeping the flame" alive and are focusing on exactly that and this teachings is very helpful for that purpose. Blessings to you sister. Have a beautiful weekend; remain under the shadow of His wings. Amen

      @thisisbiso8770 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't agree that Jesus loves with control. His love is limitless, not controlled. He will chasten because he loves and wants the best for us not because He has an overwhelming desire to be King and us servants. He is King because He is King and we are servants because we are servants and we choose to remain in this role not only out of of the purpose He has for us but ultimately because He loves us. He is and has always sought our hearts: that we should LOVE HIM with ALL of our being; if we LOVe HIM, we obey His commandments. Disobedience and non-submission question our love for HIM. In the end what is important is not what we say here, it is what our relationship with the Messiah, knowing HIM, letting Him transform us and what we do for the Kingdom. I will not monopolize further. I love you sister. Amen

    Psalm 37:27-29
    Depart from evil, and do good;
    And dwell forevermore.
    For the Lord loves justice,
    And does not forsake His saints;
    They are preserved forever,
    But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off.
    The righteous shall inherit the land,
    And dwell in it forever.

    The problem I have seen in marriages or people! There are some that are unteachable!
    Some marriages are damaged because of childhood problems they are refusing to admitted and get help!
    If you run from your problems, they just get bigger!

    Sadly most of the people who are listening to these sermons are the ones who have a heart to save and work on their marriages. The partners who need to listen, normally are not willing to. That was my situation for 17 years

      I felt this comment very very deeply, because these are the exact words that I used to say, until the Lord sis something to me that brother Evans just mentioned; we BOTH made a COVENANT with GOD at the altar. I had to be true and honor the covenant whether or not my wife was honoring it on her side. Do not let sin against you, produce sin in you.

    Getting this through to divorced dads (adult children) I feel it is impossible. I have prayed and prayed. He chooses his 2 daughters over me non-stop. So, we are now divorced after 8 years together, but are still living under the same roof as room mates only. So, we obviously don't hate each other.. But, he isn't willing to listen to any of your videos - I keep sending them to him, but he doesn't even open the emails. SADDNESS and trying to move on, but the Lord hasn't opened any doors for me to move out or a new job because I want to move closer to my family 3 hrs away. I just keep thinking is the Lord keeping me here for some reason?????????? It's been 6 months since our divorce was final....

      Wise advice but go straight to the point . Telle it like it is , as the Bible teaches :
      Wives , SUBMIT to your husbands in everything
      That's it.
      When wives submit , everything falls into place.
