Sadly ı couldn't play open beta but i am playing Nitroplus Blasterz and it's really feels good for now.
Didn't play the beta because I'm a PC player. I'm usually a shoto main so I will try to learn Hyde first.
Yeah this game felt really good and thanks to the newcomer Kaguya i'm hooked, though it will release 1 day before Tekken 8 i'll be there playing UNI2. I agree that this game offers a good experience hope it does well on release
I love characters with great personality.
This video is exactly what I was looking for and wanted. We need to satisfy our hunger somehow until Tekken 8 comes out :D

Even though the grid system keeps me away from playing and getting better at, with the variety of characters it has, I somehow come back to play again without getting too far away lol. Especially Carmine is one of the most enjoyable characters in this game for me. I mean, this could be a hot take but I feel like he is superior Zato=One to me. I can't wait to look at it in detail and everything except the grid system when it is fully released.
Not quite sure to be honest but I believe it's also a choice to ignore Grid System and or not being fully aware of it (some characters might do better with more awareness or less), so it might not be a forced system after all depending on the character you play.
Grid basically amounts to "play good and you get a free Roman Cancel"
Background looks so plain and static.
Lifeless... Seems that someone took some random city pictures at night and they used them to make the backgrounds... At least they could add some dogs and birds. Not even saying people walking. Something moving.
Maybe it's a very low budget game.
I'm surprised you seem to have had a bad experience with Strive's netcode -- must be the distance. To me, saying this has better netcode than Strive but worse than Tekken 8 is literally impossible.
My guess you are living in NA - East Coast? I"ve heard that Tekken 8 CBT had some issues there. Well, as you said, it has to be a distance thing, I'm living in Japan and I'm only having heavy lag issues by Guilty Gear Strive. It's literally unplayable as it gets quite sluggish.
Strive will be dead with xrd gets netcode rollback.
Game sucks i cant stand it as a long time GG fan, and i dont mind the simplicity of games like granblue.
There was just no reason for strive to be what it was.
Im a total uni n00b and apprently i picked the super technical sam girl yuzuhira. Still having a blast on this compared to shit fest strive. I honestly hope its the last season and they make something new. Until then rev 2 for me
@@JimC1984 xrd has had rollback for months and strive still has an active playerbase despite that.
@@tdwl2802 i am old ive played since gg 1 in 1996. I dont mind accessibility and stuff. I dont need to" gatekeep" im no pro playet myself. But the weight attacks no IKs ALOT of stuff made strive feel like a total departure of the GG essence. Street Fighter 6 as much asni dont like it sucfessfully kept the street fighter eseence while modernizing controls. GG strive just feels like a mess that isnt GG but a true departureTheres nothing i really like about it. And i know there are many who feel the same way. This isnt just a minority
This game is fun and engaging to play but it's boring to watch
