The contract is provided by the artists agency. Live Nation will push and beg for it, especially if a show is not selling well to boost revenue. But everything get approved by the agent.
First, the photo you’re showing shows the tickets for $330 not for $600 some thing. Also, I am still not convinced that that $330 ticket is not a VIP ticket with the extra merch, meet & greet and photo.Which I have screenshots of that show that on Ticketmaster’s actual website. The screenshot you’re using doesn’t align with what your saying ans doesnt state enough info to show it’s legit.

usually livenation requires all their contracts to have dynamic ticket pricing though right?
i say that as in we can't rlly out the blame on the artists since working with livenation at some point is almost inevitable

I confirmed this with a venue before l made this. They used dynamic pricing on non VIP tickets
