    For Boiling:
    Parwal / Pointed Gourd: 7
    Water: as required
    Meetha soda / Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
    For Chashni / Sugar Syrup:
    Water: 1/2 cup
    Sugar: 1/2 cup
    For Parwal ki Mithai Filling:
    Full Cream Milk / Mawa: 1 litre
    Sugar: 1/2 cup
    Dry fruits of your choice: chopped
    Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
    Boil parwal in water with baking soda
    Make sugar syrup
    Prepare to fill with milk, sugar, dry fruits, and cardamom powder
