Very nice intro. Since watching your last podcast, I've started to go on long walks when I can, 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes ideally. It gives me time to reflect on things. Your ideas on time management are really insightful. I never considered doing a to-do list in the fashion you descrbed. When I end up 'winging' my time in University, it feels like I'm working against the world, because there are so many things I dream about doing in a day only to realize that I'm human and can't, so I found your advice on priorotizing to be helpful.
